Hi all, Have been chatting to Campbeam (Ashley)today who is on a well deserved road trip to Southern NSW, he had a  massive oil cooler line failure and fortunately this happened in a major city so he can access Toyota Workshop Services and Parts under extended warranty. He asked me to pass on to all to keep an eye on your oil lines and any engine bay oil leaks just so you can get things fixed before a major failure occurs as once they go it dumps oil very fast.

At least he is on holidays and safe as it would have been horrible had it happened on a highway miles from anywhere, so just check if your mechanically minded or have your mechanic do a check of all your oil lines on your Aurions especially (as this is Campbeams car) and actually all of your cars as oil being the life blood of all of our vehicles
