Hi everyone,

At the bottom corner of each rear door well I have (as pictured) a grubby sticker of some kind which in time has become more and more noticeable.

I'm left wondering what on earth they are actually for? Does anyone else have these? Are they an actual part of the standard vehicle? Any harm is removing them?

Second photo shows the sticker at night under torchlight to rule out them being some kind of reflector.

Appreciate your thoughts as I have run out of ideas.

Cheers

It's just a scuff/scratch guard, that's all. If it bothers you, you can simply remove it. If it's not easy to pick it off, apply some gentle heat with a hair dryer and then try again. Failing that, incorporate the use of some dental floss instead of your nails.

The heat will make it more pliable and loosen the adhesive. Clean up with isopropyl alcohol or wax and grease remover.
