Flickering T-Belt Light and No Gauges, Then After Driving Everything Works

Thanks for your response. I took out the gauge cluster, checked all the connections, relays, fuses, etc. I even changed the battery terminals. The only code that showed up was about a possible brake light switch (which works). I am going to try a plugging in a working gauge cluster, maybe it's buggered? If that doesn't work maybe check the chassis ground. So strange that it won't fix itself until you actually drive the truck a few hundred meters, like its related to maybe a faulty speed sensor or sending unit?
