My 1985 HJ60  2H diesel has developed a rattling noise, like suddenly a tappet/lifter has slackened off. Have reset gaps on tappets, bought reconditioned injectors, new exhaust gasket, tightened all injection connections, took sump off to see if anything loose (nil loose, nil metal flakes)…took it to local diesel injection shop, he had a listen, said it sounded like it wasn’t running on all cylinders and I should tighten the connection of the injector lines at the injector pump. Did that but no difference.  I’m running out of ideas…any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, John
