Hello, may i request of your idea what kind of issue im having with 2017 Fortuner, some oil leak as per attached photos, any one experience this thing before? Thank you in advance for your answers

Looks like cam cover gasket from here . . . 7 yrs a bit early for replacement tho. Worth nipping up the bolts a little, go criss cross pattern & apply pressure evenly. If that don't work then replace the gasket - easy job.
