Front end clunk and driveers front tyre moves

Ive just had the front end suspension, cv joint, upper and lower control arms and wheel hub all replaced in my 2010 hilux 4wd. Now when at almost full lock left hand down there is a loud clunk noise and the hole front drivers tyre shifts. What could cause this?I have dared to to drive it any further then about 10-15 metres. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Grab a tyre iron or Jimmy bar, Jack it up only enough to get the bar under the wheel, and when on full lock try to move the wheel up Down In & Out, have someone observe the Ball Joints, sounds like they have a big Flat spot, ( Buggered )when the weight of the ute is on them, yet jack it up and all is good
