Hey all

got the whole weekend to myself as the boss is away so is anybody interested in meeting up and going to a few places for some pics of their cars?? You will need a clean car,your own camera, ideas for locations,2 ways and hopefully some nice fine weather.

MEETING POINT---- THE POOL

Depending on the amount of locations we come up with will depend on how late we go till.

Awesome idea. I would be interested and i will bring Donna's camera :P . As for suggestions, Kangaroo Point, Mt. Cootha, Mt. Gravatt lookout, Gold Coast (spit) etc....

I'll be along with the wagon in tow.

I suggest we also check out South Bank as previously mentioned.

We might not have the wagon for much longer, so I'll appreciate the opportunity for some good photos.

Sorry I wont be able to make it either. I know a few places where you can have pics with something other than cityscapes or top of mountain shots. But they would be a fair way out for everyone other than me :P Plus I wont have my own camera till next pay day :) Can't wait.

This weather looks to have set in, but I'm still up for a meet somewhere for a drink and a nibble if people are still interested ... :)

And you never know just when the rain might stop, plus we might be able to find one or two undercover areas.

Yep, definitely thanks to Brenndan for the idea, worked a treat.

I had to delete a few of my pics because they were too blurry, but the good ones were excellent, will also post those soon. But I didn't take anywhere near as many as the others! Now I've found my big memory card and have plenty of batteries, I'm ready for next time!

My new avatar will give you a little taste of the shots we got, though. :)

if you look closely you will see ash sitting up on the wall behind the cars... that is where he took his first photo from.... poor boy was stuck up there for about 1/2hr tho

Nice pics there Donna!!! A lot of my pics from the top level of the car park were a lil blurry as I was getting tired and couldn't hold the camera still for long enough plus the wind kept blowing <_<
