paint cleaner

hey all, just wanted to ask if anyone has used paint cleaner before?

ive got deposits all over my car, like specks of build up, which rub off, when u run it really hard with your finger. it doenst seem to wash off with normal soap and water.

yesterday i removed one of the toyota badges, and found that with mequires bug and tar remover, this build off comes off too. though im hesistant to use bug and tar remover on the whole car, im thinking of getting paint cleaner, and then giving the car a wax.

does anyone know the whole deal with paint cleaner? or if theres anything i should know before i go get some.

nah it didnt, <_< so after all that, i figured why waste a great day and a clean car, so i waxed it B)

its not as bad after waxing it, so im gonna wait for the wax to die, and then im gonna bug+tar each panel one by one when i get the time
