Hi All,

I just purchased a 2002 Corolla Levin (very nice), and I noticed that the indicator stalk didn't have the fog light switch on it... hmm! So I'm guessing the original broke some how and the mechanic (toyota) didn't install the right one.

I found the wiring diagrams from the .iso in this forum and it said that if you join pins 1 and 2 on the C8 connector, thats basically flicking the on switch for the relay. So I stuck a little piece of wire to join the 2, turned on the lights, nope no fog lights.

I checked the fog light fuse above the glove box... yep thats fine, oh and missing air filter (dam you toyota).

Does anyone else have any ideas on what it could be?

Edit: ok I'm a big tool. I some how wrote the pin number layout of the C8 connector down totally backwards.

I poked the wire between those 2, and wam, fog lights now.

Cheers

Asher
