Bought a nolathane front struct brace for my post-facelift '05 sportivo and it doesn't exactly fit too well. See pic! Is there a way around this as i'm not keen to force it on and break some more expensive stuff! Cheers all comments much appreciated!...ahhhh

So...annoying'

some people force bend the pipe down. otherwise remove the bolt connected to the pipe and move it underneath and then tighten the bolt. use some imagination and you will get it to work.

also add in a few washers as spacers under the brace on the suspension bolts so it all sits flat and you're not bending the clamps

from memory the washers need to be about 3mm thick to give enough clearance. bunnings can get washers. sometimes the loose washers they have in zinc finish is thick, sometimes the stock is thin. try to find the thicker ones and you probably need to combine 2 washers together to get the clearance needed.

by the way c-one provides the washers. cusco have the washers welded onto the bottom of the bar ends. trd have them too.
