sad to see, my car was keyed aswell a few months ago on one side. depending on what your excess is i would go thru insurance also, i guess it cant be higher than $600 - $800 where the respray might cost from $1200 - $1800

your cars awsome, the body work is very impresive, i take it the rear bar is just a sportivo rear lip moulded in? because ive been wanting to do that to my rear bar, i was going to get a whole rear bar made from scratch, but this way looks much easier.......... great car keep it up

DO the black headlight mod. That would tie it together perfectly with the black mesh.

the reinforcement bar looks good, but is that engineer approved as you were suggesting earlier? looks as though you have only 2 bolts holding the bar in place... does the original only use 2 as well? if the engineer and insurance companies have no problem with this then ill definately look into getting one made for my car. looks better and possibly stronger than stock??

sorry to say but the first pic of the frontbar unpainted looks cooler than after its been painted?! stands out more if it was flat black.. almost carbon fibre looking lol! but yea im sure the car with the newly painted front bar looks better if you took a pic during the day. well done overall!

i havent had it engeinered, im sure it would pass.....its more for my peace of mind than any thing, it has 2 front nuts and 2 top bolts holding it in so 4 all up, the whole reason for making the bar was because i couldnt fit the bar with out hitting that section where the bottom bolts are

yeah its a bad picture, ill get some better ones up when i can. i allso think the front end looks a bit plain now needs some thing, maybe eyelids or a badge of some kind on the grill, but im not a fan of eyelids

bit of a rush to get the bar on and make the reinforcment bar yesterday morning, but its on.... still needs fine tuning to get the lines matched up 100%

SAF is probably glad to get rid of a ego maniac who put himself always before the team, read a couple of articles and im happy that he is gone coz Man Utd will have better spirit where no one is hogging the limelight or at least have freaking ****eloads of distraction linking to big money move elsewhere...

You have the Oil Catch Tank return on the front of the intake manifolds.

in my engine (european 3zz-fe) the same valve is located on the rear of the manifolds, near the throttlebody.

im actually having problems with my hoses at the moment, they seem to be collapsing from i think a combination of heat and oil vapour, i cant really see why this should be happening because they are the highest quality industial double layered silicone.

i think by popular demand the mesh inserts will have to be black.............. allso on the side skirts i wont be useing the standard grill with backing plate, rather bar mesh and the backing plate

finally had the time to paint my bar this morning, turned out very well for a rush job........ :D

im kind of stuck on whether to paint the mesh inserts black or leave them silver, opinions needed, im likeing black at the moment.also making a numberplate bracket to mount the numberplate on the left below the side vent

in theory you have a good idea, in practice not so much, are you saying your business would be 2zz/1zz specific? or general toyota?

if you were to specialize in zze's i think you would find it very tuff to make a living out of it, if you crunch the numbers you'll see that you'd barely scrape by, and thats if you had already carved a name out in the industrie.

ask your self how much money youd make from installing cai's or porting headers, and its not even the labour cost issue which is where youd be making your money its ''demand factor'' if your thinking about the more serious side of zee tuning your in a even bigger hole, i can count the number of highly tuned zze's that i know on 1 hand.........

mate this happen to me before gave my code twice n it was a shade lighter. Rang up 5 different toyota they said they dont supply for our model. Finally one said the code is only the colour but there is 5 different shades told me to go down the street to a touchup n paint shop.ull need 250ml cost 40-50. maybe it was just my colour or go to a automotive paint supplier they electronicly test it.

most colors have 3 or more shades because of different year models, and those electronic testers are garbage they only give you a very rough mix and you have to eye match it from there.

I think Rui Costa was a really good portugese player in the late 1990's. He was so skillful with the ball almost like an artist on the field. :)

yes rui costa was was just beatifull to watch, his close control was stunning and the way he struck the ball amazing..... i always liked figo better, not because he was better but because he had a spark about him that costa didnt, costa was all class while figo like to put on a show which was great to watch.

i think nani should be given a chance to prove him self i think he's highly under rated, at the end of the day football clubs are businesses and are there to make money, you can compare them to any business so the risks are the same, football ''playing'' at times seems to only be a byproduct
