  5. the text at the bottom is actually saying about how '***' will judge them. hence why they are doing this. They see that they have not done anything wrong in their lives so they will be rewarded by going to heaven (or equivalent) hence the driving style

Then come into the post and click on the IMG button above the text box. the enter the path of the file "http://www.toyotaownersclub.com/gallery/albums/au/picture.jpg" dont forget the albums bit ;) then it should post it on the page for you :D
  9. think that pic has at about 235? peronally 225 feels good and solid on the road :D
  10. Well done Hames :D 15.7 is a very nice time for the stock Stivo. How was the 1->2 change? Did you get a ticket? if so can you share with us plz? would like to see the 60ft, reaction time, 1/2 way time, final speed etc :D We will have to organise a few more of us to go out to the test&tune nights at the Willowbank Dragway ;)
  11. Do they look like the c-one wing tips shao/peekay??? Dont mind that bonnet either...might have to get me one of those :D
  12. What do you mean imagine Shao ;) ?????
  13. Oz - Correct :) on average you will get 5-7kW (at the wheels) with the CAI which if you go on an average of 15-25% loss through the drive train, takes you to ~8 kW at the fly. More than 1/2 way there :P And at less than $500 for the Intake its definately the Bang For Your Buck TRD Mod :)
  14. Paul, I'm sure we could get up here in your car in time :P or if not ill come get you....HAHAHA
  15. Remember the Torque setting is 39Nm :D
  16. Reminder tonight 6.00 PM the CBD Bar + Gill. Corner of Elizabeth St and Albert Street. In the Myer center above Mcdonalds/Starbucks See you there :D
  17. CAI Install Tips Have posted some pics for you guys to help out with the ever growing number of TRD CAI's in our Sportivos.
  18. Here are a few pics to help you all out when fitting the TRD CAI. As a few of the pics are hard to see in the readme guide supplied. This shows the pipes of the brown vsv which is not needed. anything from the blue gormmet onwards can be removed (remember to close off the hose) This shows the bracket which needs to be cut before installing (as the bracket is made for the XR-S not our sportivo) This shows the piping as it should be once it is finished (note the hose coming in from the side is the new hose which you get in the box) Another shot of the final piping without the sensor for a better view The view of the pod (straight is good :) ) The amount of room between the fog light and the pod is important. dont want all that hot air from the light getting in (this pod can be pushed up higher also for more clearance)
  19. NOTE that I am UNICHIP BIAS powerchip = $2200 fitted an tuned (around 7kW gains@ flywheel) Unichip = $1200 fitted and tuned (can be as much at 18kW gains @ flywheel) Xoom , Peekay34 (edit for PAULS benefit) both have unichips installed with great results. From memory the unichip has 200+ tununing points for ignition timing and fuel. The powerchip doesnt have close to this. There are a few places in brissy that do the unichip (look at my sticky note at top of corolla and go to CNJ motorsport) UniChip dealers AUS wide Also Apex Motor Sport down the gold coast offers the Powerchip but they are reluctant to bring the down price. (although they are working on a new chip for our car) peekay results of install for Unichip
  20. lets say late start around 6.pm for those who work :D
  21. Looks like Wednesday night is the best for me. How about the CBD Restaurant on the corner or Elizabeth and Albert (above maccas/starbucks) we can have a few drinks and eats if you feel like it.???
  22. Guys as I leave this Sunday the 27th June for 2 months I thought it would be good to get together for drinks and or dinner after work one day this week. What night suits people best and where? Brisbane CBD okay for you guys? its fairly central for us all. Get back ASAP
  23. Practice makes perfect. alot of the time we think that we have to bring the clutch out all the way before getting ont the gas. not the case. as soon os you gear leaver passes the neurtal zone get onto the gas straight away. the 2nd gear will pop in by itself and that cuts 1/2 second of the gear change. The landing of the lift change will cause a weel chirp as hames pointed out..... CHIRP + SUCCESS :D :D :D there are also other ways of getting the perfect change But do so at your own risk
  24. yup to windows - and yup to gear changes also....can notice it when i pull into my driveway (white fence)
  25. I can not stress how important this is. we dont want to go to Toyota with incorrect information. We need something in writting along the lines of what Bill got before we can 'make' them do something for us. If we dont do our research before you go ahead with a 'threat' then you will be the one with egg on your face. dont get too gun ho guys. By all means approach toyota as a group to enquire what the issue is but dont go in all guns blazing saying "where is our power increase fix!?"
