    IS ****** !!!!!!!! dropped the car off at toyota for service and the employee used the nut to take my lock nut wheels off and shredded the paint off and forcefully try to get it out. Failed a few time so they called me if i had the lock nut key. Very dissapointed.

      why would they need to take your wheels off to do a service? Check brakes? Cant trust anyone these days

      they have to if they want to look at it properly. my mech looks at it he takes the wheels off first to see whats going on inside out
