  1. I love keeping updated with everyone's cars and thought you all may be interested in what I drive now. No harm in doing so in my opinion. Kenneth. - EP3R and1 - MX5 SecaBoy - XR6T kolourhero - Evolution VII ELEGNT - R Colt Ruimond - R Colt Spillage - Gemini Forza - Ford F6 Probably more but there's a few.
  2. Update: some plans have changed due to some idiot swiping my car whilst parked out front of my girlfriends house. What annoys me even more is that it was such an avoidable occurence. I don't usually park where I did tonight. Only because her neighbours had guests over and they used up all the spots. Secondly, it was a two car spot; driveway to driveway so there was no squeezing or struggle to get out of the spot. There's absolutely no acceptable excuse for it to have happened. The driver is obviously a complete imbecile. It may not seem as much but I'm quite OCD when it comes to the cleanliness and neatness of my car. I'm pretty sure it's one of the neighbours and will have to suss it out tomorrow afternoon after work. I guess I can't really do much about it besides whinge. Even if I approach the person that did it, I have no proof I would like to respray the rear bumper and also the front (stone chips) but that would mean that all the things that I had planned for the car will be delayed. Big blow to the hip pocket nerve unfortunately. Oh, the top mount intercooler I ordered last week still hasn't arrive yet. The hoses are being cleared by customs and should hopefully have it Tuesday/Wednesday. Hopefully all works out because the tune will be on Friday. *fingers crossed* -end rant-
  3. Alright, 50k service was done a few days ago. Nothing serious, just oil/filter change and tightening of nuts and bolts. Nulon Full Synthetic was replaced with Royal Purple 5W-30 accompanied by an OEM Subaru filter. In other news, intercooler has been purchased and I'm now just waiting on its' arrival. I'm also pondering on tuning this car for E85. Just have to talk to the mechanic some more to see what is needed etc.
  4. The Rolla was still quite new lol. The exhaust clip was indeed filmed undercover so it was echoing quite a bit. I will try to get one of it on the dyno once it gets tuned. In other news, the Process West TMIC will be ordered once I get paid. I thought it would be safer to run and upgrade the top mount than stay with the stock. Looks like this,
  5. Wartortle is a Pokemon lol Squirtle > Wartortle > Blastoise Impreza RS > WRX > STI
  6. Had some fluids changed at F&E Autoworks. Replaced the following: Differential: Royal Purple 75W-90 Gearbox: Royal Purple 75w-90 Brake: Ferodo Racing Clutch: Motul RBF 600
  7. One of the coolest Camry's on the planet! Wish I had the balls to run fitment like that :P
  8. I'll get a clip of it running when I get the time.
  9. Please excuse the dodgy phone pics, they'll have to do for now :P Car is a bit grubby at the moment due to the rain we just had in Sydney :(
  10. It's been a while since I've updated or been to this thread lol. Newest Edition: * Trust Gear knob (old Subaru/Momo was well worn) * Custom mild steel turbo back exhaust, catless dump and stainless steel Magnaflow muffler (quiet on idle but mean when giving it a squirt) * Cosworth panel filter (on its' way) It will be tuned in around a fortnights time at Michael South Racing. It's around 100km from home but from what I've heard, it should be well worth it. Stock WRX produce around 110kw at all four and hopefully after the tune it should be putting out 160kw... more than enough for a daily. I do have some things lined up for the WRX but I'll try to pace myself and not do everything at once. As for an intercooler and intake upgrade, I have read that they are uneccessary unless I'm chasing for more than 180kwatw (although beneficial), so they are not priority items. Pics: when I get off my behind :P
  11. My old wheels being wh0red around haha. Good luck with your wheel choices John! It's one of the hardest decisions to make
  12. Thanks dwee! Everyone jumped onto the Mitsu bandwagon and so did a friend of mine... so I opted to be different and I have always loved the exhaust note of a boxer :P Trying to prioritise what to do first at the moment
  13. My parents' prefered that I bought the betty instead lol. I ain't complaining :P
  14. Unfortunately no prizes :P I tried ordering a set of slimline weathershields (x4) but they are currently out of stock. Just have to wait for now.
  15. I'd kill for an Sti I've got plans on what wheels I want and how it'll look. Just trying to enjoy the car stock so I can appreciate it more. Had a friend run his 09WRX down the 1/4 mile and it ran 13.6 (stock standard)
  16. I wish it was an Sti lol. Not enough money for that. Just your standard base model WRX
  17. It's a hatch. I've always had a thing for the hatches lol. I have some plans for it, but nothing major. Updated might be slow because I've been quite busy at work and what not. Near future plans include: * some kind of turbo timer * Defi boost gauge * Chargespeed lip kit Since my ownership (1 week, 1 day), I have cleaned every nook and cranny in the engine bay, a good wash and wax and an oil and filter change. I'm currently using Nulon fully synthetic paired with a Subaru Genuine oil filter.
  18. master.cuong at Wetherill Park Beaurepaires ;)
  19. first post updated fellas!
  20. Introducing... *drum rolls* ...UGLY BETTY! Quite an upgrade from the trusty Corolla. For those who don't know what it is... it's a 2008 Subaru WRX (GH8) in WR Blue also known as Betty. It was either an S15 or this and I opted for something that would last longer and was comfortable. Loving it so far :)
  21. Buddyclub coilovers... baller!
