  2. Still not sure on the front, seems to spread and makes it look a little skinny from ground level and the rear is just plain ugly, seem bugger all thought went into that azz

and the steering wheel looks like a playstation controller and the cup holders need a cover of some sort, looks weird.

could be so much better IMO

  3. Amazing video...how scary would it be sitting in traffic and the next minute your floating down a river of debris, surprised cars float so well.

i keep asking myself if i would have done what the guy in the Honda van did, just get out and run...i prolly would have stayed with my Aurion and ended up a statistic. :(

my thoughts & prayers are still with Japan and it's people

  4. hey does anyone know roughly how much 1kg less unspung weight would equal in srung weight?

Most of a cars weight is supported by its suspension. It suspends the body and associated parts so that they are insulated from road shocks and vibrations that would otherwise be transmitted to the passengers and the vehicle itself.

However, other parts of a car are not supported by the suspension, such as the wheels, tyres, brakes and steering and suspension parts not supported by springs. These parts are all called unsprung weight. Generally, unsprung weight should be kept to a minimun.

thanks lee. now can u tell me how much 1kg less unsprung weight would equal in sprung weight? LOL :ninja: :P

1kg less unsprung weight should not make any difference to sprung weight, arn't they seprerate weights  ....i think i maybe in over my head here :P

    sprung,unsprung,sprung,unsprung,sprung,unsprung....equals springed

    Canterbury Rd.

    Top of Kingsgrove Rd.

Stoney Creek Rd. infront of my house since they done roadworks.

    Belmore Rd.

Ninth Ave. in Campsie with its 102130921039 speed humps and its double speed hump pedestrian crossing <_< <_< <_< <_<

    Beamish St. Campsie

High St. near UNSW has theeeeeee worst surface I have ever seen in the left lane lol

I could keep going on and on and on and on...

+1000...i lived is Sydney for about 10yrs and worked around the corner from Beamish st in Campsie and all the roads you listed were farked when i lived there, good to see nothing has changed.

one road i hated was Military rd Mosman, for a well to do area this road was potted and had so many obsticles and lane changes and those bloody cats eyes were as big as bricks.

as for a bad one i use regulary in Melbourne it's got to be Frankston Dandenong rd Dandenong thru to Frankston...wow the trucks have really made a mess of this one.
