  1. thanks for reply, I've tried Version 8 but it doesn't quite work.. I think SWI-Jack needs to update their integrated chip to suits all latest steering wheel controls. Hi Peter, did you follow the instructions to program the steering wheel buttons? It can be found here http://www.pac-audio.com/productDetails.as...p;CategoryID=29 I have a 2008 SX6 with a Kenwood headunit and mine works fine.
  2. Dazz you'll need some type of panel removal tool. I've attached a diagram so you can see the points where the clips need to be disengaged. dash_removal.bmp
  3. Hi Dazz, any standard double din unit will fit, just need to install spacers either size. A pic of the Kenwood unit I installed in mine is attached. Nice looking unit, what is the model, if you don;t mind me asking. it's a Kenwood DNX7320.

  5. Hi Paradigm, I purchased the kit from fascia kit from fascias.com.au that you mention, it's a different colour to the rest of the dash, I ended up using the genuine one with the spacers added. A pic attached if you're interested.
  6. How about one of these http://fascias.com.au/product_info.php?cPa...products_id=115 I believe you still need the fascia kit to go with it http://fascias.com.au/product_info.php?cPa...products_id=112
  7. Assuming the wiring is similar to that of the US model Camry, the toyota wiring diagrams show the audio and display controls are seperate but they share the same ground. This ground is provided by the 20 pin connector at the head unit (pin 6). So if the 20 pin connector is disconnected from the factory head unit and not reconnected by some othe method the DISP button will fail to function. Guess the easy fix is just to wire pin 6 to ground.
