Hey guys
I'm in the process of buying some strut bars and sway bars for my sportivo and I thought I'll post up the research that i've done. I want to let people know some prices and some pics of what each item looks like. I got a lot of the part numbers from the stickys in the corolla forum. Note that the ones that I'm posting are mainly for the hatch zze rollas and this is just a guide. Feel free to add any brands and bars that I have missed.

Nice Evan! Its going to be close. I'm heading for the snow next Friday (3rd). Thanks again for organising this =)
-
From my calculations it would be
11.07/6.708 X 100L = 165.03 Km
So your total would be 894.43. Close to 900! But If you ran it bone dry you probably would have made it past 900 due to overfill and all that
-
yeah looks like its going to be awesome snow. Think of the fuel economy driving down there. I don't like playing the waiting game. are there any cheats to win the game instantlly?
-
You know, I was thinking exactly the same thing when I drove down to Penrith the other day. Going along the m4 at 110km/h My revs were sitting at around 3.5k revs
-
Going to be driving my sportivo down to the snow beginning of next month. Hope these arrive b4 then so I can get the sprayed and put on!
-
Wow no takers? evan are u ordering tailids for yourself still?
-
Haha thanks Prozak. I should really make a ride page instead of talking on my introduction page. something for me to do....
Bet u can't wait for your eyelids either =P
-
I did a defensive driving course a few months back and the instructor was like "If the government can charge us all 10% GST why not apply that to speeding rules as well"
-
Does anyone else notice that this is also a way for the government to cash in on speeding tickets? people can essentially get caught for speeding more times and thus have to pay more. Eg, if someone gets caught speeding 10ks over the limit 3 times thats equal to $252 as opposed to previously where you would loose 3 points for $81 being caught once. So old scheme can get caught 4 times. New scheme can get caught 12 times. Get the picture? lol (For full license holder that is)
-
Woot the ball is rolling! Pm'ed
-
At least you don't have to contend with the damn beeping noise when in reverse gear on the sportivos. I'm been wanting to disable that haha
-
So are eyelids still up for grabs ??? $190 or not i still want a pair :P
Yes you can still get the eyelids. It will be $150 + postage. Not too sure how much postage will be whether it will be $27 or a bit more. Don't quote me, wait for evo to answer that one.
-
Hahaha that looks painful. Like to see you do that Prozak =P
-
Can you imagine nitrous with lift? That would be waaaay to insane
-
it was good for a while, now.. sometimes its impossible to get into 3rd gear :(
well not sure if i am pleased to say... but its got nothing to do with my shifter kits....
BKS its definitly not your kit. I would still recommend this upgrade to people
TRD CAI Installation COMPLETE
in Corolla / Corolla Sportivo Club
Posted
1. I feel that under 3000 revs it feels "normal" but when you hit 4000 revs that is when it really picks up
2. Yeah the sucking noise is normal and happens with my TRD CAI as well
Congratulations on fitting the TRD pod onto a facelift sportivo! I don't know how you did it cause I couldn't do it without taking the foglight off. I have a K&n pod filter now and that works like a treat
