  1. I haven't dealt with the SAFC or know to much about them to be honest, spoke to a few guys in the USA and they recommended it, one of my mates used one for his Turbo'd Lancer running 28psi..

What's the draw back?? What do you reccomend??

I've got the 4psi, 5.5psi & 7psi pulleys, intend on starting on 4psi to work out any problems then shifting to 5.5psi for daily driving and 7psi for fun.. :)

Thought about going higher but i figured at the moment i don't want to invest yet into pulling the motor apart or the cost for cams, Pistons, Rods. etc..

I guess you're lucky so far with the dealing with GLP Motorsports, but I stand by my opinion that he is scum.

Edit: In fact, he's not scum. That's offensive to scum. He's worse than scum. I can't think of a term I can use to describe him; without making the adjective that I wish to help describe him make it sound worse than it is.

  2. Decided against using steering wheel controls so Steven ended up doing some nice side garnishes for the steering wheel. A dark grey suede-like material which looks abit of alright.

Also tinted my rear tailights, will get some better shots in the day but here's a night shot for now

    And in other news:

    - Analysing/assessing ECU wiring now and will have the eManage Ultimate put in soonish

    - Discussions with The Viking regarding the 2mz inlet cam install is underway tomorrow

  3. thread is useless without pictures................................................................. <_<

    THIS!

I was expecting at least some sort of 'Hey you behind the bushes' type of pic.

  4. Pretty sure Adamsy paid considerably less to get his custom made for his TRD brake package.

Did he get a Front and Rear set made up though?

BTW, a wise man once told me that unless you are racing/tracking heavily/regularly you won't see any gains from braided lines. Given a Brakequip brake line tester will test a rubber line/hose @ 3000psi (that's about twice the amount of pressure built up in an emergency stop, I had my lines made up and tested in a Brakequip machine) they are hardy enough anyway.

  5. Just a thought, which may or may not have been mentioned before, but I can't seem to find the button to search within this thread, either because I'm blind or there isn't one, and I have better things to do than manually scouring 11 pages at 9:30 on Sunday night (like drinking scotch and watching television).

So... has anybody bothered to price up a TRD brake package direct from PBR? They'd likely come out more expensive than fitting the Kluger brakes, and definitely wouldn't be TRD red or have the TRD logos, but could possibly be cheaper than the Toyota genuine branded article.

I have made 3 attempts to contact PBR regarding brakes and I have never recieved a reply from them.
