  2. i love racing but this web site is so rice and no one likes to race they just do there cars up for looks and i need so shocks does anyone know where to buy some for a 80's model rolla???if you do pleare tell!!!thank you

Please tell me your not serious?

This should be in the joke thread mods.

  3. I think you should do a straight swap

    PROS

like some of the others have said its a newer model. Better resale value in the end.

You can have first bragging rights on this forum as the first new shape owner.

    CONS

New engine/new car no mods avaliable ( unless the old mods fit the new engine ).

New engine/new car the bugs have not been ironed out being the first release.

As for the looks go I actually quite like it especially the interior.

    :yahoo:

  4. I have a facelift and my rear skirt doesnt fit 100% or it could be the installer, but I did get Dsports to install it. I think it is alittle too long. The sides of my rear skirt have slight openings on the join, which is really pissn me off. But im sure the spacers should fix it. Fingers crossed.....

I have circeld in red where the problem is

    Hey Mate,

Dave at Dsports put 1 spacer for me then I went and put another one in and it sits flush.

  5. From what ive learnt through my dealings with Castle Hill Toyota is the majority of the staff in the parts department dont know what there talking about, and they are too stubborn to admit an error. But yes, ive seen many facelift corollas with the rear skirt.

its not just castle hill most dealer dont say " It will fit your car 100%"

because when the part comes in and it doesnt fit they dont want to take the blame.

I have ordered a few genuine parts that didnt fit and argued with the dealer to get refund.
