u dont need are fuel return system, and yeah wat rolla mods said, in currently at 200 whp with everything stock except injector are 420cc, alsao i wouldnt recommed putting are tdo4 turbo, its just not suit for this engine,cheers

1zz corolla would easily make 250 whp on stock internals,and would be reliable with are very good tune

mate getting around the immobolisher is easy , just get are ecu from the us,make sure u get 00, 01 model as it has are higher rpm(8400) problem solved, wiring shouldn,t be that hard, since the echo has vvti, so it will be missing the wires for the all important lift, so probably end up using the echo harness, but im finding it hard to believe u got are 2zz with gearbox for 2500, when i was looking for mine, u couldn't touch it under 4k just for engine, and who is doing the install for 4k(got are name of the shop and number),1 week yeah right,i bet money on it, just waiting for custom stuff to come will pass that. anyway gl

what gearbox is he using the 5 or 6 speed

i didnt say i will cost that much, i said budget for it, micky tee u bought it 7000 , was it are sportivo, i doubt it was, , put this way i no more than u think, and i was taking bout second hand parts not brand new, and big bum i worked at are wrecker for 3 years,so i my no ***** anyone wanna bet it cost that much, and it all comes down to whos panel beating it and painting it, so price will vary from place to place 2bnvd yeah u see dumb people post how dumb others are, but the relise they are the dumb ones so before anyone post some crap,make sure u know what your taking bout go to the auctions and let no how much sportivo are going for, you'll be suprised

mate u dont no how to calculate for ****,4000 yeah right, i would budget 7000-8000, and if it would go to auction as repairable , it would go for, 8 to 12 kor if it statutory write off, 3-5k cheers

so how much did it end up costing for new engine

if the rev past 9k for are good period couple of thing start to get damaged 1 vavles go 2 the oil pick pump cant handle it so it gives up,which cause the bottom end bearing to go the slow the conrods will smash through the block,due to the lack of oil cheers

yeah just change them for better ones

i know if u rev it passed 9k the valves get bent but the stock bottom can handle 11500 rpms. did ur bottom end go and did u misshift from 5th to 2nd?
