If not maybe purchase a Bluetooth OBD II scanner and buy a Torque Pro app to see what sort of error its giving you.

If all else fails open up your wallet for a good mechanic to diagnose the issue for you.

Just go with DJKOR's recommendations of DBA rotors.

Bruh you mentioned you did some retrofit headlight for a member here in NSW, just want to ask is it one of those full projector retro fit replacement with clear lens etc to give those sexy light spread like you get with the Euro cars or would it be better off with a Ebay - Mars kit?

I'm pretty disappointed with the Toyota projector lens both in the Aurion and Kluger but I believe here in Brisbane there isnt anyone with your skills and dedication to modding.

Without digging around the internet one can only assume the touch screen unit isn't a sat nav unit, only VX and Kakadu have a sat nav unit by as standard equipment from memory.

There isn't much performance mods for the V6 unless you want a Supercharger, otherwise its just swag bars, suspension mods and exhaust. I think DJKOR had it covered pretty extensively before he moved on.

AWD model being a permanent AWD (not the on demand rubbish) means higher fuel consumption but hey in the wet you feel a lot more secure on the road. How I wish Toyota made those Hybrid models available here.

Might as well change it now if you already started working on the car.

This Kluger forum is too quiet, you might find more hits if you venture over to the US Highlander (Toyota) forum. Not sure if you knew but Hyundai took the Highlander name so we had to make do with Kluger (*vomit*) name. :P

Sounds like either a software or perhaps (talking out of my rear end) HU connection issues?

All the stuff you mention will help with the handling department, I wouldnt want to go 20's as your ride will be less compliant not to mention depending on the set of aftermarket rims you might dent it on potholes, I've done that twice with my old matey Yaris. I would rather go 19's or even 18s with 'wider' set of tires for improve grip.

This aligns well with your suspension mods.

On a quick note, you will want some good quality rubbers to go with your mods. I've drove my old man's Kluger on Maxxis rubber and I can honestly tell you they are rubbish.

A rare TRD with no comprehensive insurance? Ouch.

Never heard a piggy back ECU made available for the 3.5L donk! DeafDave is right you have other stuff to worry about such as brakes, suspensions etc to worry about beside sourcing the same supercharger the TRD used some years back.

The TRD version from memory struggle to handle the additional 40kw of power, it was more than what the chassis could handle. Even if you do enough mods to alleviate the problem you still have a very intrusive traction control kicking in as soon as you go a bit happy around a corner.
