yes it will you will need to change the foam at the back of the bumper if you have foglights, youll need to buy the 99-02 foglight brackets

clean the ICV (idle control valve). that will fix it i get the issue too because of carbon build up, after cleaning this, it is much much better. you'll need to remove the throttle body, then the ICV to clean it. but with toyota, you'll need a 5 star screwdriver to remove the ICV, which nobody sells
