This reminds me of when i called my local toyota dealer and asked for a price on a TRD kit :) Thier response was $12,000 unpainted and that was just the price they wouldnt sell me it. Considering the thai company wanted $900 for the kit unpainted and sent to my door TRD springs and shocks genuine were $560 a corner aswell from them and TRD wheels were $420 each. I guess you get what you pay for :)

Oh and to add the photo was taken before wires were run and hiden from subs to monos and I can't complain about a nice system that only cost me $120

Sorry about posting in wrong area if you could move it for me :) or delete it and I'll repost one, it was a slap job for a charity cruise but the boxes are ready for paint/wrapped and I don't use my trunk I would rather keep them bolted there + I don't live in the safest area of Australia so I like to idea they can't get into my boot from the back seat :)

So finished the stereo install, isnt the best job in the world but decent enough :) still allows me to access the spare tyre etc. Let me know what you think :)

Silly question I tried searching but this time no luck! Basically got the head unit off eBay for my aurion installing sound system and don't know were the hell a connection is for the remote wire from monoblock :o ? If there is a post already could someone point me in the right direction :)

You wont make a cent. Secondly you wont win in court as its not the service stations responsobility to be a expert on every model car and fuel it takes. You will fail hard cause then the defence will go and take a photo of the sticker inside the fuel flap saying unleaded fuel only ? You really are the dumbest person i have ever seen. Im pretty sure its approx 40kmph but worse comes to worse go to toyota take a aurion for a test drive and see ? ill try tonight on the way home and see how low i can go :)

Well i wanted to get the plates Oreo :P In short if i fell onto 100k or won the lottery just for the fun of it i would get the car painted black with a cream strip through the middle, with the plates oreo and the interior to suit :) and then put some oreo bickies on the window :) loool Choc showcar

lol quick question how old are you ? seriously stop being a baby. Everyone told you what to do, not hard to read and follow instructions.. 1.) Should have called a mechanic 2.) Should have listened to peoples advice (serious ones) 3.) Your not literally dumb, taking into account you have no experience with cars whatso ever thats understandable but you shouldnt think your a top notch mechanic and stuff around with things you didnt need to touch and the car would probably be fixable. 4.) No such thing as "elitists" everyone learns there own ways, some go through proper channels some learn about cars by watching and listening.

Or even when you start your car cold and its warming up i find putting reverse quickly while its still cold does the loud thud regardless of were its parked.

mate im not a mechanical wiz either but i ask proper questions and everyone on this forum helps, with proper answers.... i READ what they say and FOLLOW THE ACTIONS.... You have chosen to ijnore any good advice given to you, you could have just called a mechanic, any mechanic and tell them what happened and they would have explained to you what to do/ not to do... But instead you are a complete idiot and try using a garden hose to syphon the fuel out then wash the tank ... asking if the fuel filter is the same as a coffee filter ? Insurance wont cover you cause its not a accident, your just to dumb and braindead to realise the sticker inside the fuel flap says UNLEADED FUEL ONLY......... Seriously....... Biggest troll/idiot i have ever heard of.

Ok i might aswell as use the same thread. In short if all goes to plan and i recieve my head unit toomorow via express post i will put some pictures up saturday of the system in the oreo. Allready got my wiring, my RCA and Power splitters , 4x10" Subs , 2x Monoblocks and we are ready to rock :)

Wow does someone need to draw a picture.... She had put diesel in the fuel tank then by driving the car it has asked for fuel and the diesel has gone through... by the sounds of how many times you have started it and tried to drive it your in big trouble... In conclusion what everyone is saying is you cant drive the car lube mobile wont help it will be to expensive/time and they wont have all parts in time... your gf has to take the slap on the wrist and deal with the punishment the diesel will now be in the tank , lines, filter , motor.... Thats whats called a "Epic Fail"

Open the fuel flap door thingy and inside should be a sticker saying what type of fuel it takes... I dont know much about yaris's but im pretty sure they arent diesel... lol
