  1. Is silver a colour? Hmmm...it's a shade of grey I believe BUT it is transformed to silver when metallic flakes are added. Another question... What is 'what'?
  2. Yes we did lol. Gotta get back to work. Ciao ciao til later m'dear!
  3. Far out I am. Running around like a chook with it's head cut off. AAAHH!!!!
  4. Exactly the same as me my friend. Vortex 98 is what I think to be the best formulated 98 octane fuel, and so do many other people, over Optimax and BP Ultimate. I'd glady pay the extra 2c for the better fuel. You aren't the only one getting ripped off though. The owners get ripped off as well. Ask micky_tee, he owns a caltex servo.
  5. I have no doubt about that. I just find them 'duh' and clunky that's all. F1 tech yo George! lol
  6. Hey man! I'm so old school when it comes to animation lol. Amazing what they did with 'Akira' when it came out in 1988. Changed the face of Manga and Anime. Everything was handrawn in that movie, yet so visually spectacular. Mornin Bexter!
  7. Bommadores are clunky. They're like 'DUHHHHH ME IS TURNING' when you steer them etc. They have no 'feel' to them. I get back into my old man's GEN III powered VX 2 Calais here and there and fark I hate driving it. Gen III? Yeah it's quick...up top. The Sportivo kills it from 0 - 140 odd (already raced him). Commodores...they're like, the 'Promagnon Man' or 'Caveman' of cars I think. "Me race 4 cylinder. Me win" lmao Azza get an IS200 or something. They may only be an underpowered 2.0L straight 6 but at least they're really comfy and still Toyota. Plus they feel direct in everything. RWD too, burnout time lol.
  8. Sh!tty Extra. Sorry I just wanted to say that again. Feels good.
  9. The celica will do you for the time being man. 2zz is still quick yo. S15? Man...bang for buck in those things is insane. $5000 into the engine see's you doing 11's reliably as well. Insane. Fair enough anything that's boosted more will 'blow' sooner, but if you drive them smart and don't thrash them everywhere (which I know you won't lol) it'll last ages man. Celica still looks mad ;)
  10. I'll have something for you all real soon. If I don't, well then I don't. I just felt like being cool and saying that lol. I'll most likely have mods soon though
  11. My favorite chocolate is Menard. It is used by Eric Menard who is a friend, he owns Le Petit Forneau Pattiserie Francais (The little french pastry shop). Awesome stuff. One of a kind.
  12. I can talk South African. I've heard Tony Greig commentate on the cricket enough. "Welllllll he's hit thet woon rooiiighhht of tha miiiiiaddddle of the bet..."
  13. Your avatar is insane. To think someone actually sat down and drew that frame for frame. Judging by the smoothness of the .gif, I'd say that's alot of frames too.
  14. I love honda's but you get hit hard when you need parts. Tell him to look at AE92/93/94 etc Corolla Twin Cam's and Civic's still (not forgetting the two door lift back Civic, they're hot...sooooo many aftermarket projector and tailights etc for them too, and performance parts). They can be tuned nicely. Nothing a set of 17's and a kit can't fix for looks. Plus they have aftermarket ricey lights etc for it as well. Driving experience is needed before a turbocharged car. They are very very different. Reliability also. If something goes in it $$$. Does he have the money to afford insurance, maintenance and more importantly the parts themselves? Mistubishi are 'fairly' reliable but their parts are expensive. Toyota? Hey...they're exxy, but you can get most parts quick. Plus an old Twin Cam is going to be easier to maintain over a period of time than an old GSR that may have already been thrashed to high heaven.
  15. Pete do you listen to 'untz untz untz' music by any chance?
  16. Jimmy...dude. This is the kit I wanted and thought I could never get again. Next year my friend. The exhaust is on the left because it's a RunX, and I also think it's the trd catback. I think. So aggressive though...I like it.
  17. Respect man. They're classified as 'battle scars'. I have one on my side skirt. Will get that fixed when I grab the bomex kit...muahaha.
  18. Yours already looks like a Golf Pete. WAAAHAHAHAHA j/k dude, should scope the kit I'm getting now. Bomex are back.
  19. Lol I thought it was a porn film or something you were talking about 'Bedroom Sessions' hahahaha. I'm not into this sort of stuff but this is actually very good. Hope he eventually gets signed to someone who won't use him as toilet paper. Stupid record companies. That's what ended The Smashing Pumpkins (allthough they are back together now). All the best to him.
  20. one of the brissy guys has ordered this kit just waiting for it to get here from JP its going on a black stivo so should looke sweet :) I seeeeeeee. Price Sir Northy? Adding it up (converting the Yen to Dollars) it's about $1600AU for the kit. Little more to get it over here. Costs to spray and fit etc etc. $2400 to get this kit here, painted and fitted?
  21. How much do Koni Yellows go for generally? N wen u say wear out eventually...like wat time from we talkin? (eg 1 year or 5 years? or we talkin Ks?) Shocks "re-valving"? wat's dat? Thanks for ur words of wisdom ^_^ Tis alllllll good :D Well I'm on 35mm drop at the moment and my shocks are starting to feel a little worn. Only a little. It's bumpier than the original springs (I'm used to bumpy though, that's just me). I'd say they'd wear out after 3 - 4 years with 35mm drop? Koni Yellow's I think brand new are $800 - $1000 I think? I'm not too sure. Grab a few quotes. 'Re-valving' is when you take your current factory shocks and you re-new their valving to suit the 35mm drop (or 50mm or even 65mm if you're brave lol). I have heard bad things though. Perhaps simply saving up for coilovers and doing it right the first time is on the cards for you? I'm owning my car for a long time and this is what I'm doing, purely due to the fact I can adjust the ride height. I'm not stuck at any particular height. Plus I can stiffen or soften the suspension easily. I'm grabbing D2's for $1750, but JAZE fitted G4's to his rolla and he's wrapped in them. $1350 I think? That might be the go for you. Ride height adjustable and they can be softened or stiff also. They're still comfy to ride on if you tune them appropriately. Hope this helps you! Any other queries PM me oVo. ;)
