e-gene i think your info is excellent. i have heard positive things about the service at melbourne city toyota and if i was to have my car serviced by toyota i think i would go there. i have said before in other topics that toyota has never serviced my car. i do not have good faith in them and i do not like their prices. toyota has only touched my car for warranty repair because this is free of charge. my log book is empty, there are no stamps or dates and i have never been asked to present it. please take note that i have no problem in getting warranty repair and i have had several repairs. my next service i am changing mechanics. i have found a new mechanic (e-gene and arcxis has met him) and surprisingly we went to school together. my car is now going to run on engine oil from tom's or tmcj and oil filter from trd or tmcj. i just want control and due care and i get this from private mechanics. for major service i will go to a workshop where i have good faith like genesis.

and traditionally the exchange rate between usd and aud is better for us after july and into the end of the year. the trd cai is made by trd usa.

i know what you mean about the inconvenience. part of my car was repainted under warranty. not only did they make me take my car direct to the panel beater but then i had to make my own way to and from work as there was no loan car for the week. sorry if this sounds rude but did you look in the manual for troubleshooting? there could be something there to help you and then you can save your time in going in for warranty service.

it sounds like warranty so do not worry you should not need to pay for the repair. thoroughly check your car upon return because i remember pecker had something to fix in his interior and the mechanic accidentally damaged other parts. when discs get stuck in disc-loading drives on macintosh computers there is a spot in the corner of the slot to insert a pin to eject the stuck disc. does the head unit have this spot in the corner of the slot? good luck!

no bubbles but if i get my window tint re-done i am going to remove those stickers because i do not like them.

looks like the painter masked the raised edge. it looks unfinished. i am puzzled why the painter went to the trouble of masking off the raised edge. if you are unhappy with how it looks go back and get it re-done. only the outside is painted, the inside remains dark to match the wheel well.

they just put the tint film over my stickers vvti and security/theft. they do not need to remove it.

out of interest is the face lift still zze122 or different? 40rsm welcome! SUSPENSION all spring manufacturers have lowered springs for zze122 for ~$150 a pair. k-mac is the only manufacturer i know that will do custom springs for $165 a pair. tein, d2, hotbits have coilovers for zze122 for ~$2,500 strut bars and stabiliser bars are from trd, c-one, whiteline, k-mac. front strut bars are ~$300, stabiliser bars are ~$200. COLD AIR INTAKE the guys here who have cai have trd but this is from trd usa not japan. this is ~$450. BODYKITS toyota, c-one, jetspeed and the copies from carmate. there are wild body kits from tuning shops in japan but you will need to import them yourself. hope the shopping goes well and let us know which car you buy.

danthuyer i see your point but this is not a firm sale and i was looking for some discussion. zeerolla he did not say where the power was but 135 kw i would say at the wheels and this was on a stock sportivo.

i have now left the lamps at a shop so anyone can buy them. i did want to keep them within our group but no one was serious about them. the staff touched the lamp and said yes they are genuine because of the weight and finish.
