Hey guys u can get em at King Wreckers at in Sydney Fairfield on Fairfield st, they are $170 after market for prefacelift.
cheers
I bought mine from there (PS its $200 with the wiring n sh!t included)
I strongly advise u NOT to buy these ones it took me n my uncle (whos an electrician) a full day to install em due to F**K LOADS OF PROBLEMS!!! (one of the clips broken on fog light, only one set of clips compatible with our model as overseas is different, wiring does not match our model (we had to wire it with all of his equipment))... Anyways moral is DONT buy these n be weary with any aftermarket ones as they are gonna b a pain in the f**kin arce to get installed!!!
Anywho thats just my 2 cents from someone who bought aftermarket foggies (although they do work well wen installed)

Toyota Motor Corp Australia are finally starting their pre-launch campaign for the new Corolla. I'm not sure what the other states are doing, but all the dealerships in WA must nominate a salesperson to be "Corolla Champion". All champions will go to extra training sessions in preparation for the may launch. I have had the great honor of being Prosser Toyota's Corolla Champion, and my first meeting with Toyota is this Wednesday morning. I'm not sure what is involved, but I will be sure to share what info I have been given.
Will keep you guys posted, I don't know about anyone else, but this is the most exciting launch this year for me.
Well done mate, congrats :)
Hey could you please let us know what will happen in terms of the TRD version ;) (whether they will use the Aurion 3.5L V6 or Camry 2.4L L4). Thanks in advance...
Cheers,
Jared :)

Edit
Well guess what guys
Its changed, but its for the good.
I have just changed my order to a... 2007 Manual Levin.
As some of you might know corolla's have siesed production inway of the new model.
Upside: LEVIN
Downside: 16 days of pain waiting without a car!!
Pics to follow!!
Did they make you pay much extra for the Levin (seeing as they could not get you an Ascent Sport (is this correct?))
-
All good man I wasnt disputing that every1 with a sportivo go get the high-cam change over point of 4000RPM I was just shocked that they made it engage so early (Probably cos a supercharger does not need as much restriction down low to produce torque + superchargers benefit from more time to get compressed air in n out of the chambers... Am I correct?)

Check this out:

The Lotus Sport Exige 240R in More Detail
The Exige is, of course, built to the lightest specification possible without resorting to expensive and rare materials normally found in the rarified environment of Formula One or Aerospace Industries where weight reduction is often considered more important than cost. The performance improvements had to be made through increasing the power of the engine without significantly increasing the weight of the engine and therefore the overall weight of the car.
The standard Exige uses a 189 hp (141 kW, 192 PS) 2ZZ-GE 1.8 litre VVTL-i (Variable Valve Timing with Lift – intelligent) engine supplied by Toyota. This high revving engine is governed to a maximum engine speed of 8500 rpm with a change between two cams (a high speed cam and a low speed cam) at between 5800 rpm and 6200 rpm depending upon the operating conditions of the car.
The supercharged engine in the Lotus Sport Exige 240R has a maximum power output of 243 hp (181 kW, 246.8 PS) at 8000 rpm and a torque figure of 174 lbft (236 Nm, 24 kgm) at 7000 rpm. This vast amount of extra power and torque now available means that the cam change between the low-speed cam and the high-speed cam now takes place at around 4000 rpm giving a smooth and linear surge of power from 4000 rpm all the way to the maximum 8500 rpm.
The equivalent power output of a standard 3.0 litre engine was the target when the initial research and feasibility study got underway in the Autumn of 2004. Working closely with Lotus Engineering’s world leading Powertrain Research Team, the advanced 1.8 litre VVTL-i 2ZZ-GE engine was fitted with a supercharger and intercooler system
Apparently the Exige 240R can hit Lift at 4000RPM :o

Hello All,
Just to introduce myself. I have just recently purchased a ex-demo 2006 Corolla Levin. It's Japanese made (according to VIN) car done in Silver Leaf colour, only done 14ks, and has a factory sunroof. I'm hoping to pick it up next week. Just a couple of questions :-
1) How do I know if it has a facelift? I assume it hasn't since it is a ex-demo which is mostly likely stock. Was thinking some eyelids would be nice.
2) In terms of petrol, use I be using a higher octane petrol or would regular unleaded be sufficient for this model?
3) I'm not really that all interested in mods as this car is mainly for my wife to use on a daily basis, but what recommendations do you suggest (for general improvements not necessarily performance related) I should do to this Levin? I'm quite handy with cars so if it is simple then I don't mind doing it.
4) Any gotchas with this particular model that anyone is aware of? I assume there has been no recalls on this model and no known faults yet.
Looking forward in getting my Levin. BTW I tested drove a ex-demo 05 Sportivo and was quite keen to get that one but couldn't get the right price with the dealer, so ended up with the Levin instead.
Cheers,
Zombie
3) Get a K&N Panel Filter (ur engine code is 1ZZ-FE)

how long do you want to stay and what do you want to see?
Australia is a BIG place...
10 or 15 days
I don't know what there's to see, I don't know Australia
Sydney is a great city, Melbourne is the temple of speed, but I don't know if there is something else most beautiful......
If u can get urself into a 4 wheel driving trip (they are awesome :) , and yes there are many beautiful places) do it! Some examples are the Cape York trip, Kimberley trip (both of which I have done) and many many more. But this may be difficult to do seeing as u r coming from overseas :( (besides renting one of those Britz 4wd's n buying some equipment for camping etc then booking a tag-along tour)

Crikey!!!Look at what i found in the back yard! :o Scary!
Yea I killed about 15 of those in one day in my Aviary (shed sized bird cage) a while ago (and there some massive ones!) :o

Edited. The stock 1zz exhaust is 1.75" which is about 44mm. The only inlets that come with the twinloops are 2.25" or 2.5". So for you, i'd get the 2.25" inlet then you can get the exhaust shop to make a reducer pipe which at one end is 2.25" and the other end is 1.75" so it can be bolted onto your stock exhaust.
Thanks mate ;) I just thought they made a 2" (51mm) inlet version (as it said so on this site: http://www.bestmufflers.com/Xforce_Exhaust...ms/mufflers.htm ) but I checked the xforce site ( http://xforce.com.au.tmp.anchor.net.au/uni.../list_mufflers/ ) and it didn't mention it there so I guess they do not make it anymore??? <_<
