I think from memory mate,around the $500 mark,that was for my kluger, im not sure for the aurion, I think you can regrease the intermediate shafts on the aurion,someone on might be able to correct me on this, but not on the kluger.

When the intermediate shaft went on my kluger it would clunk only when turning left or around about.

I say your intermediate shaft needs replacing.

try supercheap or repco, but toyota will have the best fitting rubber mats, I know they may not be the cheapest, but are not to bad, at least you know they will fit properly, you could also try clark rubber if theres one in your area, but there not overly cheap though.

yeah my kluger has a dash rattle too and it isDRIVING ME AROUND THE BEND AHHHHH, I wish I could fix it, I love my kluger , but the rattle stops me from loving the kluger even more.

When you replaced the glow plugs were the tips of the glow plugs intact, if they wasnt maybe a bit of the tip of the glow plug may have fell inside the engine,causing the tick, its just a quess mate. hopefully it hasnt.

Hi sal, converting a tarago to lpg is definetly possible, because I seen quiet a few tarago taxis converted to lpg, they seem to run fine, only issue would be is your engine durablity, as gas is a hotter and dryer fuel , so the engine internals will wear out quicker and your valve stems seals will need oil squirters to stop them drying out and perishing, and depending on the age of the tarago you will void the warranty if anything goes wrong with your engine.

THE CHEAPEST MODS TO MAKE THE KLUGER LOOK GREAT WOULD BE A NUDGE BAR AND SOME CROME WHEELS AND BETTER TYRES.

Need more power, with a trd hilux are serious, I reckon the stock 4.0v6 goes harder enough.
