  1. no worries Mish. I'll go for a drive up there next weekend (ie not this weekend) and see what I can find. There might be a good BBQ spot I can find. Another option is Robertson but NOT the pie shop. There is a cool cheese place that could be worth a visit, they do free samples and stuff. But, like I said, I'll go for a drive and see what's what (if anyone want to join me on the recy run they are more then welcome too :D )
  2. here's the thread on Sequential Shift Light options http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...?showtopic=6749 Here's the thread on the System Northy built. http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...p;hl=shiftlight using this pinout http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...mp;#entry138975
  3. Yep that's Northy's handy work (he made it for Shao when Shao owned the car) They are all individial shift llights set into the dash going off at different intervals. I've got a thread somewhere with different commercial ones that are available too, I'll just find it for you and link it here :)

how is a cop doing his job a traitor. If you have illegally modified your car without engineering you shouldn't be on the road FULL STOP. I personally hate forums where you are required to register before you can see ANYTHING. I'd like to be able to see something at least so I get a idea of the people and the knowledge on the forum prior to giving out my personal details.
  5. yeah, I know what they are... but people buy them as they are copies of RAYS wheels - VOLK...
  6. no one from the Ford forums? You also have me twice, but I may be there +1 anyway.
  7. Mish, you can take photos anywhere. Just go up to the car and takes it's photo. I'm actually kind of sick of HAVING to do contrived photoshoots every meet. I'd rather just sit and relax.
  8. those are nice and shiny Jason :D Who makes those?
  9. Try SSS Automotive or some such import wrecker. They often have them lying around.
  10. He means DBA 4000 series rotors You can get standard (OEM replacement) DBA slotted rotors though.
  11. Can I suggest somewhere around Kangaroo Valley area. Some nice roads around there and not everyone has to drive them if they don't want to. I'll do some research and get back to you all :)

guy's we've been telling you this for years...
  13. Slotted do improve braking performance in a high stress environment as the slots are designed to keep the pad material fresh by removing the glazed portion. Brake lines would serve no advantage unless you are heating the fluid over a long period of extreme braking. In fact the best way to improve braking performance is to get larger diameter discs and higher pressure calipers (be it more pistons or larger pistons, they also incorporate larger pads most of the time as well)
  14. I need more money :( donations to the 'Dylan needs more money fund' will be greatfully accepted You will have the pleasure of knowing your money will be safely put into the Building and improvement of one of the strongest NA 2ZZ-GE powered cars in Australia.
  15. Why? Celica GT4 calipers are a more than capable upgrade.
  16. I believe the term is 'Are you alright Bud?' however your Saffaness is failing to pick up the subtleties :P
  17. Jason, my understanding is that the glazing issue is with Redline Lightweight Shockproof, however Super Lightweight Shockproof is still OK for synchros.
  18. that's awesome :D almost identical to the Lotus cover which will only set you back about 8 times that price ;)
  19. that's more of an issue of leather vs cloth/velour anyway... Leather loses...
  20. Nice, I love these cars :) I think that this model Caldina now has REVS approval, if not, you would need to import 2 some one could be crash tested.
  21. The floor in your theory though Marcus is that would cause excess wear on the outer side of the tyre. This is most definitely camber wear, and perhaps an incorrect toe setting. Both of which would be corrected by a $45 wheel alignment.
