Kind Regards

  6. Hi All, Any one ever experienced so called roll or cornering of your kluger at high speed and if so please share your experience and any advice. In fact i am bit scared to go over 60Kmh on any bends on high ways,it feels bit out of control(slightly unbalance car body movement) while driving a 90 degree turn from highways to sub roads. Share your exp. Cheers
  7. Hi All, Anyone ever experienced a rattling noise from the rear DVD player in grande,i have had this problem for last 8 months and reported to the dealer and even after several attempt they could not fix the actual issue. I took my vehicle 7 times already to the dealer and they changed few parts as directed by Toyota representative, but the problem still persists. In our last conversation dealer mentioned that they will not be getting any more assistance from Toyota in this particular case as they have already done what they can do with the vehicle and the noise which is left behind is absolute normal in all their grande model.(They said roof liners are flexible and the DVD will rattle if it goes over a bump as the DVS are not fixed rigidly in any of their cars.-I am totally surprised with this answer from a representative of a reputed car manufacturer like Toyota). In my view they did not fix the DVD rigidly to the roof as I can hear the noise when i press the rear corners of the fixing panel. This makes a cracking noise and I cannot feel it from the front corners as they are fixed rigidly. So some kind of unusual fixing for this DVD panel to the roof. Unbalanced fixing to the roof causes the DVD panel to produce a rattle noise each time goes past bumps or on a rough road. Could someone advise me whether it’s normal to all Grande? Cheers
  8. Try Prado too one of my friend brought a Prado VX for $67K which is really a fantastic price for that model.Very nice car ...
  9. Hi Rig, You did right thing by selecting Kluger and they are fantastic machines with confort and fule economy.I was getting 8.2L/100 KM when i purchased my AWD grande and after 6 month service it changed to 8.6 Ltr/100 on highway and 13.5 Ltr/100 on town. But not too bad.Really love my car. Cheers mate
  10. The tech from Toyota dealser said me today that the alarm sytem with all toyota vehicles don't have the capability to make panic alarm ifsome one touches the vihicle or door handle, but does have a switch on key to make others panic if they appears to approach your vehicle for different purposes. Also told me i can buy an aftermarket system to add this as an additional feature to the current security system for my Grande.Have any one heard this before, the alarm system that toyota gave you is not for useBut engine immobilizer will work when they try to start our vehicle.(Means any one can open the door with out any noise). Cheers
  11. Hi, Does any one know how to engage the anti theft alarm on Toyota kluger grande as i can see the alarm switch on vehicle key.If some one touches my car does the alarm go off,i can not see that happening with my vehicle.Could some one provide an advice.I know engine immobilizer system there with the car but is there any thing to protect from unauthorized entry to the car. Cheers
  12. I tried 32,34,36,38 and 40PSI on my Kluger Grande and i like to drive with 40Psi when the tank is 30-100% full. The ride is too comfortable and handling is really good. But when low on fuel,i felt a bit bumby even during a city ride.
  13. Thats Ok,I had seen couple of Kluger with genuine nudge bar here in town and i thought i am the only one using ECB nudge bar till i see some more klugers in town last week with with same nudge bar as i have and i believe the number will rise soon..Not for looks but for safety of the vehicle(Some extend) Cheers
  14. Check whether the tailgate glass door is open or not.You have to ensure the glass door closed before operating the remote. It happend to me once.Try it a go...
  15. Sorry for confusing you, they changed it with same type of oil(Genuine oil) that Toyota normally use on new kluger.
  16. Hi , I 've done 6 month service on my kluger at (3000KM) and soon after service i noticed the fuel consumption has raised from 12.6L/100 Km to 15.8L/100 Km in town.I contacted service agent as they changed oil during service with same oil and also to fix a noise coming from top head DVD unit.So they checked it again cleaned airfilters ,checked softwares and could not find any reason.Further they want my vehicle for 2 days to diagonise the noise issue and they want to remove top panel one by one to find the exact cause. Did any one faced this before with your first service and the noise from head unit. Please give some advise.
  17. Can any one tell me how much it cost to install front and rear parking sensors for new kluger through Toyota.
  18. you r right.....also ECB has provided life time warranty on this product and factory one have warranty that last up to vehicle warranty(3 years).
  19. not the entire bumber, only the frill to get the supports bolted to actual body,But no one will notice it and also the nudge bars will stay for ever as all other fittings on car .The genuine ones are so close to the body and is designed to provide pedestrian safety not actual car safety. It won't provide the same protection as other nudge bars on market.(This is only my opinion).I have compared both installations and decided to go for Nudge bar especially we live here in alice springs(NT).
  20. I have installed new ECB nudge bar on my kluger through TJM,it looks so solid and very nice than the toyota one.see the pictures
  21. check www.carid.com for aftermarket side steps...they sell it to aus, probably will cost the same price as the product for postage. cheers
  22. I have installed all th seven seat covers for my kluger and they are the exact fit to factory seats.Only thing is bit slippery over leather seat because of the cushioned pad on seat cover. No velcro to fix, only cloth straps which is very difficult to fit under the seat especially through electrical cables. But they are really a worth if someone want to protect leather seats.I brought it from motoequip site for $175(normal price$199). Pls.see the photos attached with this post..
