Hi all, Just out of curiosity, do u guys think it's highly unlikely that a dealership would sell a new 2007 Mitsubishi 380 III ES Sports model after u request them to swap the rear bumper with a VRX model (at no extra charge)? haha Does this sound silly or reasonable?

Hi all, Thought i'd take a stab in the dark and ask if anyone has ever DIY'd a dimmer switch in a home? Is it as easy as this tutorial (warning, the site talks): http://www.easy2diy.com/cm/easy/diy_ht_ind...age_id=35720237 I unscrewed my current single switch surrounding and ive got one white wire and one red wire. (I've seen this movie before...) Does anyone know if i can simply walk into bunnings, buy a universal dimmer switch and just reconnect it to the old wires? Do i have to worry about wattages or voltages? The dimmer i want looks just like the one on the site at Step 8, except im keen for a dimmer plus a switch, if that makes sense...

I second this! Takes 3mins and gives u an extra sense of fulfillment.

haha i was doing this the other night. it also works if u use ur fist as a scope for the remote. I'd draw a pic, but it'd look kinda rude... Also, u don't even need to open ur mouth if u point it to ur chin. It's really cool. U can freak out ur mates when ur out drinking.

I don't reckon the levin kit is aggressive enough. IMO the bodykits without the fog lights make the car look cheap. I've seen a silver ascent with sportivo kit and the black covers really turn me off, and in fact bug me everytime i see it. Could think about attaching a grill mesh instead. dunno if that would look better or worse though?

There's nobody else on this site with a gt wing, or is there? I say go for it! the turbo justifies the gt wing :P

hahaha it's really funny to hear how u guys talk about ur own city. sounds really diverse over there. of course perth has "cool peeps," but we're pretty much all the same here. we're all nice haha and sometimes nice gets boring. ill probably end up missing the niceness, but ill deal with that when the day comes. not to sway the poll or anything, but wtf? 50/50??? i need it to go either way so i can stop packing, or book my ticket already :P

hahaha thanks negatron for ur concerns... the idea was to get some feedback and opinions of sydney. trust me, my decision won't be based on a poll conducted on the toyota owners club website :P i know there's a lot more to think about when it comes to moving cities (but i've got them under my belt). it's more like a question of the living standards in sydney. i figured there's a whole heap of sydney ppl in here, so why not... from what i can gather, perth seems soooo much more "laid back" but i am after a change. i think the worst that can happen is i end up hating sydney, so i move back to perth. u guys have given me more to think about such as the type of ppl there and transport. nek's comment about the different suburbs was VERY interesting. that's not the sort of stuff i could get from a brochure, but it's the stuff i wanna know :P THANKS GUYS

Hello eastern staters! Greetings from the west (being Perth). I recently met some really cool ppl from Sydney while in Melbourne and it got me thinking...maybe i should consider makin the move over there. I wanted to get some opinions from ppl living in Sydney. I'm not too worried about finding a job, it's the accommodation that's worrying me as i've heard it's pretty costly over there. Could anyone point me in the right direction of finding a place to rent (internet would be good)? We get the Sydney Morning Herald here, so maybe that's a good place to start? Just to get an idea of how much the cost of living is over there. Any thoughts???

Now that's a WOMBAT! I like it, especially the alien-like interior, although how high do they wanna make the gear shifter! It will be like driving a bus. I wish they made the seats lower so your legs can lay flatter. If they made a corolla with the body of a yaris (that is, a bigger, faster yaris) I would choose it anyday over the corolla's look. 2door version would look sexy.

Hey dude, Rear handle bar looks GREAT. Its's by far my most favourite part of any bodykit out there :D Rear skirt looks really cool too. I like the mesh :D :D :D
