hi all! has anyone else got problems viewing www.cardomain.com ? same goes with www.sounddomain.com for the past few days i keep getting "page cannot be displayed" just wanted to see if it was just me...

xcess, the same thing happened to me the other day! i went around a corner too fast and all of a sudden this loud whistling came about and i crapped myself. i thought it was the tyres or suspension, but then realised my window wasnt up all the way hahaha also, i get that "weeiiii" sound too. its at just the right frequency to annoy ur ears, but i always assumed it was because of my amp for my stereo. comes and goes i guess...

I can't wait for this movie to come out! Have they announced the release date yet? It'll be interesting to see how deep into the storyline they go, but i hope they at least show takumi get his new engine :D :D :D

hey thanks for the replies! i think based on that ill probably hold off from getting it, even though the huge range of cars is sooooooooo tempting. i saw someone post pics of the old school celica and supras. OMG! theyre like my most favourite of old school cars!

hey guys, looks like everyone likes the new gt4! hope u can help me with a few queries... i know the point of gt4 is to provide a "realistic" driving simulation so i dont wanna start an argument over anything, but can u gimme an honest opinion on whether the driving experience still seems "slow" similar to gt3, or have they somehow made it more exciting? also, in terms of difficulty do they still make u race 10 or 15 laps when u go on hard? (please say no :P) thanks guys!

hey man im actually in perth. talked to a guy at bob jane the other day and he said the x-rays will fit with my tyres :D might be getting them in a few weeks :D not a big fan of the roh models in the 14" size. i like their 16 and 17 models though.

Hi, i just bought some new 195/60/14 kelly ritmo tyres for my 02 Ascent and apparently my stock wheels have little bumps along the rim which is causing the car to vibrate at certain speeds, so my tyre guy suggested i get some new rims. anyways, just wanted to know what size 14 rims do i look out for that'll fit my corolla. the wheels i really really want are x-rays by performance wheels http://www.performancewheels.com.au/passenger.htm but it says 14x5.5 so firstly would these fit on the car? and secondly will my tyres fit them? the second ones i like are sold by tempetyres http://www.tempetyres.com.au/products_clos...yal&part_no=604 but i got no info on these. (Can anyone suggest other wheels that look like these) the third ones are Pro-fins by performance wheels which are 14x6. so same questions as before. Can anyone pls help me out?

hi all! im from perth too with a 2002 ascent (all stock). has anyone seen a white sportivo around uwa? its gotta sportivo grille as well. looks very schmick. ive also seen a wicked looking one around crawley. looked very similar to this http://www.hot.ee/ger/heikkimyyk02.jpg from the back and i think it had stickers down the sides...

will it make white look... well better than white looks... :P my ascents white and its hard to notice the difference when polished. other coloured cars get to showoff their SHININESS when theyre polished!

hey kcorro, removing the tints shouldnt be a problem. probably about $30-$50 by professionals. i got charged about that much for taking off the old tints so that new ones could get put on. that was for a barina but it was a standard price.

Hi all! I've got an 02 Ascent with: Pioneer H/U Pioneer 6 1/2inch 3 ways in the front Stock speakers in the back Jaycar 4x100 amp behind the right rear seat 12" clarion sub in the boot System sounds great inside but cant seem to get the bass to be heard outside. The cars insulated too well :P Has anyone with splits in the front tried mounting the tweeters in those little round air vents that are facing up? They'd be perfect for the discreet look.
