  1. Agreed... I quite like the look of it! There was discussion of the Aurion TV advertisement over at the AussieMagna forums about a Magna driver stamping on his steering wheel when beaten by the Aurion... bwahahaha
  2. Hey all, the topic title pretty much asks it all.. I'm planning to have my Clarion DXZ-something installed in my Vienta, but I'm unsure if the 6D stacker will hook up to it, and if so, I'm afraid it's going to be via AUX-IN, whereas I also have my H340 iRiver that I like to connect through via the AUX-IN... I've put this off for so long and I really crave having a decent system back in the car... I've got the itch to mod now after the meet on Saturday night! Thanks in advance for replies!
  3. I have a feeling such an adaptor doesn't exist... Pioneer will rake you for all your dosh for this connector... I was going to get one with my HU when I got it, but Autobarn at Blacktown were all out for the Clarion HU's... At a price of $200, I said stuff that!
  4. Beautiful car... the shape of the new Aurion is going the way of the Commodore I feel, but with those nice rounded Toyota-blessed looks! I couldn't believe when the Aurion was announced as a 202kW WITHOUT Turbo! Amazing feat of engineering... If I had the cash... that's the only thing holding me back. (That and having to re-finance from the Vienta I've currently got... :))
  5. First time, d_ice? It's not so bad once you get your eye in... just gotta make sure to keep the club near the ground :)
  6. I got really peeved one day when this bloody genious decided to turn left from the right turn lane on the Delhi Road exit from the M2... nearly colliding with me ... People do not care anymore, just as long as they beat the traffic (I mean, what -- it's 5 minutes you've gotta wait on the offramp if there's a bankup of traffic) That's another thing, fools that'll race up past you only to get stopped at the next intersection... I usually look over at them thinking how much time they're really saved and how much petrol they've just expended... Another time I had this idiot Taxi Driver (Silver Service, I'd recommend not using them as a Taxi) who felt he didn't need to slow down from the merge-in lane on Delhi Road onto the M2 ... I was going to chance it, but I didn't really feel like seeing if the driver had Insurance... to get away from this idiot I had to cross the unbroken line and prematurely get onto the motorway... lucky there was noone in the lane! So this Taxi driver thought it would be a great idea to come up behind me later on down the motorway and sit right on my *****... so I hand-motion to slow the f... down and get off my *****. He got the point, followed by a nice email from me to Silver Service advising them of their unlawly driver! Rant over... :)
  7. Thanks Klara, will do =) Yeah unfortunately my phone's outta credit, plus having noone's numbers doesn't help! I did laps of Penrith in all the usual spots people hang out ... obvious ones of Maccas, KK's, High St Kebabs, High St Maccas... Ah well =)
  8. Hey it was good to meet everyone... sorry I dashed off, I thought we were Golfing and went to get some dosh! Came back and everyone had gone :o Missed out on some shots! Oh well :)
  9. Dark-Green Toyota Vienta, Roh rims, my band "Chaos Trigger" sticker on fuel door... Ehh, I'll get some pics up :D
  10. Depends if I have anything else planned for the night ;-)
  11. Tats! Forgot you had a Toy :) Yeah, was looking at a Verada but the ***** sold it on me. :) I'm very happy with the V I've got, though. Miss Secx - thank you for the invite! I may just make it down, it depends what's going on. :)
  12. Hi Grande_Tony, I drive a 1998 Vienta too... I love it. :D Welcome.
  13. Hi all! For the last 6 months I've been driving a 1998 Toyota Vienta Grande after trading in my TR Magna. I must say I'm loving the extra features like the sunroof, and the very fuel efficient 3.0L engine... I love music, and I'm looking to have my system installed in the V soon, money pending! My system comprises of a Clarion headdeck, Clarion amps and a 12" Pioneer sub. Speakers will be the stock Toyota's for a while, until I can afford some tasty Pioneers. I'll update as soon as I can with some pics of my baby. (With one stock rim and 3 Roh's :( ) Thanks!
