  1. Often the small ones take cash. Supplying the item means less labour hours. Got any photos of the scratch?

If you're fussy you might like to take it to prestige repairers those have lambos and exotics always in the workshop. But that doesn't necessarily mean they will treat a corolla the same haha

  2. Hers what I know mate

mobile dent and scratch repairer will come to u and be under $200 note he paints it on the car and blends in. What means is not a respray from end to end

typically the small smash repairers will do a respray for $200 but you might have to supply the bumper removed.

More professional smashies will charge upwards including toyota look about 800-1000

  3. If you going to fab your own, if you copy the TRD design it runs parallel to the width of the battery also to note the maf is placed in the middle.

Because the tube goes parallel, the TRD desugn uses a 45 degree couple which I've heard can be hard to source.

injen and the rest design sweeps away from the battery in an upside down V Path. Then used a straight coupler than 45 deg. To join with the throttle body bl

  4. It's $60 give or take tax. Pretty easy to do. Take off the plastic cover (don't know why you would still have that on) Discon the plug harness (4 of them) then remove the 4 plugs. Go around the edge of the valve cover to remove all the bolts. And some do have clip for securing another harness so just remember there position.

Might need to gently pry the cover up with a screwy. Scrap off the gunk and you will notice 2 blobs of adhesive need to remove that too (those blobs are where the case is joined. Clearly you see the join line).

Before slap down the new gasket, put high temp gasket maker on the joins, so you do 2 joins each the size of a pea)
