  1. 998548 maybe we should start another thread for 0 to 1,000,000 and see which thread gets there first
  2. 998552 we go from 0 to 1,000,000?
  3. toyota are very unco-operative when it comes to adding options from the ZR, as you could imagine it's way too advanced for toyota to do <_<
  4. to answer that, there are green and red buttons on the headunit for receive and hang up.
  5. 998578, we're still starting with 9........
  6. hey guys, could i get a comparison shot of the battery/intake side of the engine bay for the new and previous corolla? i'm wanting to see if there are any major differences between the two models with the intake system.
  7. that's a given, i know that there's no short cuts in getting good handling without getting coilovers. i've always been up for coilovers but the car is new and i don't want to ruin the "soft" ride as much.. i must be getting old..
  8. would there be mounting points for an aftermarket one if it doesn't have a factory standard sway?
  9. taken from here. Is this true, or is toyota really trying to cut costs?
  10. thanks for the replies, i do suppose there isn't much difference at all with kings/lovells/pedders. all similar price, similar spring rates, similar height.. just a matter of colour now.. rule of thumb, yellow is for rices, blue is for wonkers, and red is for racing! just a matter of the 35mm or 50mm drop.. any suggestions? i just want the 35mm drop, but if 50mm will provide better handling then i'd go the 50mm feeback please!
  11. is there a need for rear alignment?
  12. yea called big o, $350 w/o alignment. do kings tend to sag over time?
  13. i did a seach for a topic similar couldn't find any answers. can anyone confirm are kings different to pedders? anyway.. i have the current model corolla and i want to get lowering springs. i've shopped around and got some prices, both kings and lovells are $495.00 fitted lovells - offer 35mm & 55mm drop w/ F2.85kg R3.46kg spring rate (5yr warranty) kings - offer only 30mm drop w/ F2.97kg R3.60kg spring rate both very similar specs, everything else is out of my price range. any feedback on past experiences would be great.
  14. agreed!^^^ ;) If you installed yourself, your insurance is not covered what a load of ****. well it's important - but more important is...how hard is it? do you need lots of like insanely expensive tools? is there a DIY posted?? :D it would be awesome to do it myself - but i'm a little freaked at touching anything myself...'cept maybe the dash lol... is there a book on how to mod the levin sx?? it's bloody easy. all you need is a set of good sockets, spring compressor and common sense. though an air compressor would make things 10x easier.
  15. anything for the new corolla?
  16. why not DIY? i'd rather spend a weekend morning fitting them myself than paying that amount of $$$
  17. nice look, you should take some photo's (not on your phone) and resize them!
  18. it seems as though you're suffering from the infamous "blinky" dash. it's just about as common as a lancer with altezza lights.. anyway, soarercentral.com is your best bet for information and advice. the guys there know what they're talking about, honest and keen to help, i know this because they helped me out in every way possible with my 92 soarer TT. do a quick search on SC.com and you'll find the answers you need about your dash. if you can solder then it's an easy time consuming job.
  19. 998775, saintly has too much time on his hands..
