So, I finally got the Head unit installed!
Would like to thank Chicken for installing it.
Yup, that was Hard Gay (The Ramen Shop episode.).
Also, first thing I did when I was back in Perth was changing the Cabin Air Filter. Bought mine from a Singaporean seller (Met him on a local Malaysian forum.) for 40 Ringgits or 16 Singapore Dollars each.
Then, this happened during the first week of uni (Same spot, same place, 2 years later.).

Spotted this sexy white Corolla today...

Nice, I would have loved the Prius as my first car too, but the RAV4 ended up as my first (Still it's not bad, though I'd love the fuel economy & gadgets of the Prius.).
Nice Fiat too! I like the Multipla (The quirky-looking pre-facelift model.)

an update:
my rear left tyre was punctured by a plier last week :( still deciding whether to get new tyres or go 17s.
tonight i tested the new projectors and ran into some problems...
Ouch, gotta hate it when someone just leave their tools behind aye...
What happened to the projectors?

As fan of the Japanese boxes (I have a soft spot for them.), I welcome the arrival of the Rukus. From the teaser shot, good to see that they're using the US version's (Scion) front end. Especially the headlights, they still have amber reflectors on the Aussie car (One thing I like, as a USDM-style fan.). Wouldn't mind replacing the RAV4 with this.
btw, speaking of which, here's an ad on the xB2, titled Polarization (Makes sense, as design is a personal thing. Some may like it, some may not.).
Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load! And a random (Wacky) ad of the new Cube in Japan

I was about to order my Crystal Vision yesterday, however the ebay seller ran out of stock.
While I was at work today, I was browsing the Toyota website, and to my surprise the ZRE Corolla Ultima has HID as standard in normal reflector head lights!
Does this mean getting HID for my car should be ok?
I am tempted to try, but I don't want to risk it, especially if its gonna blind the living day light out of other drivers.
Well, the Ultima's headlights are different, the reflectors are designed for HID (To reduce glare.). Also, the Aussie spec Ultimas have Auto leveling and headlight washers to comply with ADRs. Our JDM Estima back home uses the same setup (From the factory.), but with manual levelers instead (Japanese regulations allow both manual or auto levellers with factory-equipped HID, while headlight washers are not compulsory.). The Corolla Ultima would use a D2R bulb (As with all OEM HID reflectors. Factory projector HIDs would use D2S.).
EDIT: Here's a link-> http://www.xenonoptics.com/faq3.php

Also, here's what the Hybrid headlights look like if anyone's interested. Hard to take a photo of the blue highlights.
Best part? They're Factory HID headlamps (With Motors for the auto leveling and AFS feature.).

Get a high capacity external hard disk (500 Gb or 1 TB) and back up your data onto it , much easier (Also useful if you have 2 more more computers.) and you don't have to burn multiple discs.
Also, try doing a disk clean up in your C Drive.

A little late here, but sorry to hear about your car.
As others have said, the most important thing is that you and your father is still alive (Something that can't be repaired.).

Allow me to present to you, the Mitsuoka Galue 2-04 & Galue Classic. Basically a converted Corolla Axio & Fielder (Now a Nouera 6-02. Used to be Accord-based.). For the recently relased Galue Classic, other than the grille, leather seat pattern & leather color choice, I'm sure sure what else is different.

Meanwhile, on the Toyota side.
TRD GT Turbo package can now be added to both Corolla Axio (Sedan) & Corolla Fielder (Wagon) (Previously only available on the Axio, without the Turbo.). Turbo only for 1.5 1NZ-FE models though. Cars with the 2ZR-FE still can be optioned with the GT package, minus the Turbocharger.

Just called Touch Up Guys today. Asked $330 just to repair one side of the bumper. Can't do the scrape on the metal body panel.
I guess I'll try & call the other one tomorrow (Their call center is closed now.).

So, I went to get some replacement tires today.
As I was about to park in my garage, I hit the pillar on the left side of the car (Same spot. The last time this happened was in 2007, though this looks kinda worse than before.). Thing is, I just detailed the car over the weekend.
Came across these two. Both of them have repairers based in WA. Anyone have experience with the companies below, or any mobile touch up repairs?
Smart Guys (They have a $55 package, but I'm not sure how good they are.)-> http://www.thesmartguys.com.au/index.php?page=advantage
Touch Up Guys-> http://www.touchupguys.com.au/owner/product.php
Also, anything to watch out with those Mobile Touch Up companies?
Pics of damage will come up soon.

Roughly 15+ minutes ago.
Bungaree Road traffic light, right turn to Leach Highway.
Spotted: Greddy_Es's Sexy Red/ Black MR2 on Leach Highway traveling towards the opposite direction I'm heading to.

Nice find!
This makes me wish I was driving a Corolla instead of a RAV4. I mean, you guys do get more stuff when it comes to aftermarket parts.

djkor: if you read my reply I mentioned initially that you could do the "look" with DIY by drilling the standard tail light reflectors that would give you that "look".
From what I can see in the photos only one section is LED the rest are standard incandescent light sockets. Can I not see something that you can?
DIY lots cheaper than buying from the links provided.
soundbyte
The incandescent red bit is for the European-spec Corolla's rear fog lights (While they are extra tail/ brake lights with the JDM-spec cars.).
Onto the indicator & reverse lights, well, the previous generation Toyota Wish, Prius & current Estima/ Tarago/ Previa also employ a similar layout (LED brake/ tail lights + incandescent indicator & reverse lights.). I would guess that DEPO is also after an OEM-like kind of layout.
-
Wow! Finally, you managed to find them! B)
Ouch about the cost though. Wonder if this has got something to do with it coming from a Japanese seller (I'm under the impression that new JDM accessories are expensive, seeing how much they go for back home.).
Perhaps another method is to stalk/ pester the eBay UK sellers, ask TOC UK to organize a group buy or something else.

There is actually a story behind that.
The owner of the ruined 2004 Elantra was given a brand new Elantra Touring (i30 CW) from Hyundai Auto Canada after that incident.

That's the pre-facelift.
This is the current (Facelift) model (1.5G, shown with optional Aero Styling Package.).

Seeing that the American xB has not been updated yet (At least cosmetically.), I wonder if we'll get the styling of the US version (Hope we do. Off-center bumper reverse light FTW!).
