    Spotted this guy again today. Albany HWY turning south onto Leach HWY around, 4:00pm. The plates were 1BOT XXX. Looks identical to Northys beast, but without the P1's. Anyone else seen him around before? Ive seen him afew times around the Rivo/Lynwood/Caro etc areas.
