  1. well i had a good experience buying the olds car there which is y i went back but now that i see how they handle issue NOOOOO WAY am i going back my last convo with the service manager was simply him saying he cant help me and there is nufin more he can do for me and that if i had test driven 2 rollas that didnt make that noise i must of driven the only 2 ever made by toyota that didnt carry that noise now if thats not saying ur a lier to ur face i dont know what is so i simply ended the convo there and away the phone rang to toyota head office only to be told that the rattle is a "characteristic" of the car boy i wasnt happy so i accused them of stealing people's money of falsly selling dodgy products without full disclosure and asked if they were tellin sales people to advise customers of the issue and that i was going to go to a dealership and ask if they have any probs with the sportivo and if they say no i was gona pursue it further etc etc etc but man all i can say is customer service went south faster than the sportivo when its in lift once i signed the dotted line :(
  2. well i probably shouldnt but if a moron rocks up next to me and basically starts revving it up then i know its on and i go them dont care what it is as i like to get a wide idea as to what i can and cant compete against. luckily with the double demerits i havent had any one trying this ;) but come end of double demerits will be back into the swing of things :D
  3. hey sharmz, more than likely i'll be in just let us know exactly where in homebush and exactly what time. hey xTiGeRx, im not surprised. The dealership gave me about 4 false dates for arrival and then yep u guessed it, to apply the tint and protection pack took them yonks as well. Which dealership did u buy it from ?
  4. Hi Guys, This is my first post. I purchased my sportivo back in september and have literally been contacting toyota every few days for an update as to whats going in with all these bloody issues. Besides probably getting the run around for the first 2 months a few threats to take them to small goods court and seek a refund finally got some bloody action. I've had it in service about 5 times over the last 3 months to fix all these niggly porblems. And everyone other than the management staff have been helpful as the managers have all simply been idiots as soon as i signed the dotted line to take the car. I have had the selector cables changed 3 times, the clutch plate replaced to supposidly stop the grinding noise when changing from 2nd to 3rd (this problem has now gone away) but still that damn rattling. I am booked in for Tuesday 6th to apparently try a new solution or something that toyota technical has come up with as i went to the extent of actually getting one of the toyota technical guys out in the car with me just to show hey this is really ****** people off. So they have rushed something up from melbrourne which they will install on Tuesday will let you know how it goes. If your wondering i purchased my car from blacktown lander.
