I'd probably do the opposite of you there :P If you go often, I would have 18s as the daily driver and another set of wheels purely for track use. 16's or 17's if you don't go often and just use them on the track as well, once in a blue moon. The question I'd be asking myself is if you lean more towards 'looks' or more towards 'performance'. What future plans do you have for the car? What kind of car do you want it to become... etc,etc. Future plans... i dont think 18's could get u enough traction... 18s suck!
  2. The x-force twin loop is too restrictive... I doubt u would gain anything at all... Not to mention it sounds like stock... Cannon power :D

  4. That was my photography That location is quite central because its actually in Docklands/Port Melbourne near lorimer St. It's an excellent meet up point on Sundays because no-one is there (Or any of the surrounding streets for that matter ) kinglake cruise!!

  7. The SR has awesome throttle response and doesnt lag as much as a CAI thats y u ise it for track/ mountain runs. The CAI screams and is louder (dont know y?) but it does and is only good for top end power i.e lift.
  8. 2nd hand, I use it for track coz it has better throttle response, injen is for street and drags :D

  11. FYI - diamond visions arn't street legal , they are for "show only" ... but neither are HID aftermarkets so *meh* lights look like crap without projectors.. no perfect cut off line, no wide angle.. wish someone made projectors for the stivo..

  16. d2 street version are very comfy, there harder than konis but what do u expect from coilovers. i use them in my car and the stiffest settings is stiff enough to make you jump in your seat over bumps. :D

  20. i saw a Z tune r34 GTR... number plate was ZTUNE?.. fkn sexy! u sure was a real z tune???!!!! mmmmm yummy yeh it was realll looked in my rear view mirror and saw the twin oil cooler things hanging off the back... looked exactly like... this was on hoddle street!
