:D Yes legally they are a defect, but everyone uses them, so far no one has be caught, if u did get busted just tell the cops they are factory i doubt they will know. Everything is a deject these days, eyelids, cf bonnet, exhaust, cops can find 100 of ways to defect you if they like. cheers :P
  5. Okies there is no approximate date, i will do the transfer in roughly 2 weeks, and its gonna be $135 us if we get more than 100 and $140 if we get more than 5. The 1zz and 2zz crank is the same as my research has stated. Cheers
  6. ahaha Dugong unfortunately i cant keep up with you no more....i have to face the facts, hahaha u cheeky bugger
  7. that is very similar the wildcat headers man, very very similar, shape, width and length
  8. hahaha, its got its own coating already and plus HPCs way too expensive... :D , for that price i can get myself another set of headers :D
  9. Hey guy, just wanna have a lil chat about the wildcat headers. As u know i got the wildcat headers, i believe this is vital if your chasing performance, esspecially if you've got a cai already, i believe these two major mods is crucial for the 1zz. As some of you guys know i did 16.82 with just the cai and catback, unfortunately i havnt been down the 1/4 ever since, coz im still trying to sort out some bitz and pieces out with the car. Im pretty confident with the headers i will get close to 16.5, ive noticed a good increase in bottom end power and mid, which i can feel dramatically esspecially once it hits around 80, the car no longer crawls snail space to high speed. For a 400 mod, i believe the wildcat headers is an extremely good buy bang for buck and i would recommended it to any of you 1zz owners. Also with the headers u will get a deapers exhaust note, a gruntier note which i love, even though the twinloop note was hot. Cost Wild cat header: $310 Exhaust tape: $40 High Grade Stainless Steel Clamps from Auto Banh: $20 bucks Caliper Spray:$17 An hour of wrapping with my mate, and suffering from the itch from the exhaust wrap, and the hot and cold shower Sunny recommended when i was crying for help hahah it is all worth it :D . From this To this To this
  10. All they do is shift everyone down lower, u dont have to change the zorst, the headers longer so they chop the flex and pipe, and shift it down. Im using it right now with the exuast tape i got from Ebay for $40, i gotta u get itchy and stuff from the fiberglass but its worth it hahaha.... My automatic box now no longer has bog between gear change, all i can feel when i put my foot down is the car getting so much more lighter..... Wildcat headers and exhaust, with 2.25 piping 9/10 hahhaha. cheers
  11. Thanks David for ur wise words, well im planning to go through with this, if its a group by or not, but for the guys who are interested please PM and we can sort something out. Cheers :D

hehehe its obvious that hes doing the TRD super charger which he brought from Tom hahahaha Its no longer a secret hahahha :D Cant wait to see you it goes......
  13. Do different wheels use different lug nuts???? i thought that was always the case....
  14. hahaha Dont forget the 4AGE 20 Valves, that will munch a b16A alive, and will be pretty close against the Type R, Toyota did make that car to compete with them?
  15. B16a has vtec man, their engines rev more freely then ours, there is a difference between vtec and vvti, their vtec actually kicks in a 4k while vvti is constant, in my opinion vvti is more for fuel economy, while vtec is more for performance. But it is possible to say that, a 1zz with a few bolt on mods will be able to take on a stock b16A, even though their the civic does have a few more horseys (88 kw atw) then ours. Ive see a bubble CIVIC 12.5 that guy has a H22 haha blooby beast that one was.
  16. Man i feel bad, the ignorance of some drivers, wat piisses me off is that they didnt stop and helped out. Man good luck with ur future car.......
  17. Guys no ones gonna whack on the pulley then go for a dyno just to find out what the pulley is making. But i have gathered information from the US and from David, they all claim that this mod held free up power from the engine and increases the speed of revving. $200 is a cheap mod in my opinion, esspecially if u want to hunt down time down the 1/4 mile. You guys can go to the 9thgen site and do a search there, and you will see the positive results the guys have achieved from this mod. cheers
  18. I had that issues of it vibrating against the heat shield, i used to get it when i take off, and when ur a slight hill. Some how mines just went away by itself. Ur resonator is hitting the heat shield.....its an annoying noise... I doubt it is the exhuast it self its the installation.
  19. anymore interest? Coz they wanna cut down cost in production
  20. how come it says fog light group guy?? ahh didnt see the link
  21. Come on guys, this is a cheap offer, can we make a list of buyers for these for lights cheers. :D
  22. Hey guys, i found out that the 1zz and 2zz uses a different crank pulley, luckily Alutec does make light weight crank pulleys for both the 1zz and 2zz and both should be the same price $150 US posted, if i can get 10 buyers the price will be down to $135 US. Ive also spoken to the guys in the US that have used this crank pulley (more than a year without problems) and they all have to good feedback and positive reviews on this mod. They claim that the car revs alot faster and smoothers and is posible to feel the minor increase in torque. Im very excited about getting this mod for my car, every little pony counts. So let me know if anyone is interested. :D
  23. Come on guys let get this rolling $140 is dirt cheap for pre facelift foggies. Im interested. Cheers
