  1. Tempe are probably the worst I've ever deal with. The only reason they get business is they are a 'known' name in the business.

Last set of tyres were way smaller rolling diametre than should be (didnt know this until later), resulted in warning for speeding & warning cos my speedo wasn't accurate.

Staff were not very helpful when I was making enquiries...only every recieved 1 or 2 word answers, half of the questions weren't even answered or weren't even what I asked. Constantly changed what tyres were going to be in the package.

When I told him what I wanted & I'd be there on that weekend he said he will book it in & have everything here ready....turned up and no one knew anything + talked to me like shi*t when I told them what package we had worked out.

While at the shop, staff were running around swearing and being sexist d*ckheads...fair enough boys will be boys but there's a time & place, customers looked a bit uncomfortable. One guy brought his Commodore back cos there was no alignment done & it damaged something, straight away one staff started screaming all words under the sun & looked like he was about to bash him.

End Result: Not going there any time soon. I was thinking of mail-ordering some cos they cant exactly go wrong there is everythings on paper ....apparently they can.

  2. Emo is a 'trend'. I for one am sick of their sh!t.

If they think their life is so tragic now & are in so much pain - wait until they get into the real world & experience REAL pain. I know lots of people that have grown up rough - but now they are fine, so they can't use that excuse. Its all just a cry for attention.

When they go to get a real job, the first thing the boss will say is get a haircut, take out your piercing & wear more appropriate make up. No its not conforming, its LIFE get over it.

  3. Im sorry I thought this was a Toyota Owners Forum.

Im an easy going guy, but Im getting a little frustrated at these EMO threads. Im all for sharing problems as a community but useless stuff like this is pushing it. Hate me as much as you want for saying it.

Im sure there are other forums out there that you can post these threads in. Better yet, get outside & join a sport/club or something, Im certain you'll meet someone else through that.

  4. "Dear Sir,

Thanks for your interest in our product, we call it as Toyota Camry conversion to TRD Aurion, the fitment base on our country Camry setting, do not know how Australian Aurion fitting like, it look like the same but actual not sure, material is FRP c/w primer coated, separate purchase available, US$350 per bumper , freight not included, payment by western union or paypal, kindly consult with your workshop over there for the installation, I think fitment should be the same. Thanks

    Best Regards,

    Paul"

Thats funny because when I contacted him a couple of days ago he said no separate purchase, its the whole kit only. And only yesterday he sent me an email saying if there was enough interest they may do bulk buys on certain parts.

    Anyone got pics yet?

  5. Tell her to get over it, its your life not hers.

    I've dropped out of Uni & TAFE...but 2 years later I have a 50k job.

Nothings impossible & having a Uni degree means nothing now because everyones got them. Uni students sit in a class room & learn how to do things according to textbooks and write everything on paper. But TAFE students actually physically do it & IMO they are a hell of alot more attractive when it comes to hiring someone because they can do it, not just studied how to do it.

  6. I reckon before any group buy for the trd kit, we get them to send us some pics of the kit parts. For example the rear bar below:

    SNIP

I have a funny feeling that the rear bar around the exhaust & black piece in the middle will be a bit dodgey and not look legit. Hard to explain...but plasticy exhaust outlets etc.

I'd definetley have to see the kit before I buy one.

  7. Thanks for the pics, that looks pretty tidy. I was wondering about them because there isn't a whole lot of universal mufflers that will suit...but I didnt know if these would stick out like drift cans or sit up there nicely. Now I know I might have a closer look at getting it after Xmas.

All that for $350 is a steal. Wish they were in Sydney.

  8. i also want to try to add angel eyes onto it. i know that people will tell me that they wont last long

Check out the Corolla Threads - someone got LED 'circle eyes' instead of the angel eyes done at a shop in Sydney & that would be heaps better. They'd have to crack open the headlights so you can just slip him an extra $50 to spray the surrounds lol.

I'm still the only one in Aus with it! (AFAIK)

  9. Does anybody have a rough idea how much to prime and paint a lipkit like this would cost through a panel beater?

I think a friend got his front bumper of his Rolla resprayed for $150-180. So lips are smaller...depends if your installing it or they are...could be looking at $400ish for spraying & no idea for fitment. You could always prime it yourself to save $$$.
