thanks dude, i love the look of my car and for it being a sick cruiser and a quick car but ever since all the boys on here man-handle themselfs over going to the track, and realising my car cant do that its a bit gay. mountain runs arent the best in it unless its smooth cos my tire distroys the guard. went to a cruise on sunday and had 1 person in the back and looked trick as but i was painting the whitewalls on my car blue from the rubbing lol. and to top it off ive been driving my mates 7th gen celica which has lows on it and u can corner in that like ive never cornered in my car, just normal cornereing for him would be not acceptable in mine, so that just toppled me over the edge lol. i should probly just buy coilovers and stop wingeing like a little b|tch! haha it has alot of go....in a stright line not if you turn haha

wats rong with the ralliart colt weigh just over a tonne got 113kw and heaps of torque, 0-100 in 7.3 (which is faster than a sportivo) and nearly as fast as mine on paper. they would handle like a dream and there is heaps out there performance wise as uprades ?????????? and they stoped makeing the sportivo in 05 i dont want to downgrade from an 07 aurion (sorry if that offended people but you know what i mean) EDIT: thanks elgin for the backup

Carby cleaner. Take the whole shiznit off (yours is easy :P), give it a good spray down then let it sit in the sun for a little while to flash off. so take the MAF (and the TB??) out and give it a good spray with carby cleaner

hey guys, my problem is when the car is dead cold when i go to start it it just ticks over but wont start. it sounds like either its not getting any fuel or its not igniting the fuel. it will tick over as long as you hold the key, after a few tries it will start tho. this ONLY happens when its cold. and if you turn it off stright away it wont happen again until u let it rest for a wile. also when it starts it runs really rich. took my car in to toyota on monday to get it fixed, got it back and they recon they fixed it by tightening the batery terminal cos they come loose, next morning didnt start. so i took it back and they had it up until today, told me that the seal in the fuel filter was stuffed so they replaced it and went to start it before and same deal just wont fire. so its going back on monday for another week probly. so has anyone got any idea of what it could be, please thow me some ideas cos im stumped and toyota service are useless. thanks in advance i will try and post a vid of it up soon

i got mine from a local exhaust place, they are supercats, they are supposed to be really good for there price. if u just want it a bit louder something like this is the way to go mate. when somethin new is installed to this motor initially it sounds louder and it must be ecu related as it quietens down after a few 100 k's, keep this in mind. when i first got my rears i didnt want them loud at all much like you. they sounded good at the start then after a wile it was just to quiet for my likeing still i wanted some bark so took off the center muffler and replaced with a hotdog. that was a REALLY unique and nice sound and cut all the drone out. i then after a wile took that off and am now running no center muffler just 3" pipe. initially really load but now it has quietened off and has not to much drone, nice purr on the highway and a tough bark when you up it. rear mufflers are just the 1st step man trust me, once u do that ull be wanting to try more :P

cant make it this week car has been getting fixed since monday and they recon it wont be donte till friday so im not happy pizza and pasta sounds good to me
