  1. yeah maybe i will go some lightweight 16s with some sticky rubber as for lowering he car im not keen on spending 3 grand on coil overs so im sure lowered springs will make a slight difference and ofcourse its for looks too ill eventually get shocks to go with it when needed
  2. haha thanks man im not having a dig at the other colours but the reason i chose white is cus you dont see many white stivos running around compared to the other colours like black and blue i would have rathered black to be honest with you but i waned to go a little different to everyone else and just to make sure incase they missed it in the other post i was just playing around saying i was in 12 of those pics it doesnt really matter whether i was or not (hehe 3 of them i was actually in the reflection of Runx's car LOL i wasnt actually in the photo as such LOL) just glad to see some nice pics they would have been better in the day light but
  3. hehe just like to point out my car is in 12 of those pics not that it really matters but hehe sunny what you gonna do haha (RunX) nah just joking man love the pics good work are there anymore taken i saw heaps of people taking photos its the white stock looking 05 stivo for anyone wondering
  4. yeah i know they stock wheels are quite grippy as i live in glenmore park and there is no such thing as a straight street here lol me and my mates call the main road the glenmore park raceway some of you guys would really love to live here BUT so many times i put my foot down here and i just keep going straight so they arent wide and grippy enough for me LOL as for lowering im getting lowered springs front and rear struts and rear sway bar so hopefull with that setup it should handle and grip reasonably a bit more its just the rims im unsure about
  5. 1 question why is my nickname confusing just a peice of useless information my nickname isnt actually evl50a anymore cus that was the rego of my old ute ages ago stands for evil 50th anniversary i just havent got any new plates yet so soon my nickname will change when i decide on some plates for my stivo also the MLGA group mirage lancer group australia has been going around challening all different forums to a skirmish battle if we can ge a big enouhg gang we should challenge them first what do you all think
  6. yeah probably hahaha gees why cant this be easier i want the big ***** sexy rims but i dont wanna sacrifice any straight line performnce this is so hard lol maybe i might go for some light weight 17's with some good tyres meet in the middle what you you all think about that decision ill even consider lgiht wieght 16's with wide tyres cus our tyres look disgusting LOL
  7. so ive got pretty much every SSS pulsar ive seen in my area tamed under my belt turbo and non turbo that was when i had no zorst too HEHEHE but if i get 18's lightweight or not theres a good chance i would start losing a few of them cus the turbo runs were awefully close i sometimes only had a bonnet length ahead of them hmmm that sucks so bad cus 18s look awesome on our cars gees decisions decisions i apreciate the info guys sorry for being a bit impatient before i was just heaps stressed and tired last night cheers guys
  8. hey RUNX your idea for the local meet point isnt too bad aslong as its not too far from parra road or M4 im all good i wont get lost HAHAHA
  9. Tin Man from that old show forget what its called well actually i dont but i dont want to admit it HAHAHA LOL
  10. ok as some of you know as ive mentioned it at other cruise i am REAL bad with directions i get lost easy now the cruise itself is all good as i can just follow and i will have instructions anyways but getting home is my problem cus im sure there is a quicker way back to the M4 freeway then taking the whole cruise route if someone is going near the M4 or even parramatta road after the cruise ill come and just follow them back cheers guys
  11. okok i completely understand what your all saying BUT no one is listening or reading properly i am comparing STOCK STOCK STOCK sportivo rims and tyres AGAINST LIGHTWEIGHT 18's with lets say half decent tyres in a drag race situation will the lightweights slow me down against the STOCK rims and tyres dont worry about money or bang for buck or any of that stuff look im sorry im not being rude but no body is answering my queston you are all comparing performance tyres on 16s against performance tyres on 18s all i want is STOCK verses lightweight 18s with half decent tyres cheers guys ( just like to say the info has been good cus its helping me understand a little more about performance tyres but thats not the point to this topic)
  12. you void your insurance with illegal window tint but i have 28% with a receipt and all the rest of it reason for this is there light machines have a certain % leway for erra so going slightly darker than 35% is ok but maxum 7% as for 20% they are legal on utes cus they are classed on commercial vehicles but i have 28% and it looks fine although i would love to have it darker cus it looks good from the out side its already a pain driving on a rainy night even without window tint imagine how hard it would be with 20%
  13. crust remember to eat your crust or your hair wont go curly
  14. well for starters if you did take out all the commas i can honestly tell you i would have had no trouble reading that besides i did notice you used some of them in the wrong spots anyways thats not the point to this topic and as for all the technical stuff it was a really good read and thanks for the info honestly BUT i am comparing the STOCK stivo rims against LIGHTWEIGHT 18's i wanna know having lightweight 18's against stock stivo rims will that slow me down in a drag race situation im not overly worried about maximum cornering ability cus when i get it lowered with front and rear struts and sway bars its gonna turn better either way compared to my current suspension
  15. yeah well the cam im looking at is 1 under the 3ccd lens so its just a normal digital camera as for dvd ones i looked at them but they dont have very good optical zoom cus thats what you want not digital zoom so yeah basicly the cam im looking at should pretty muc be fine with the things i want specially if all your older models are fine then this one should be plenty good
  16. shine i had to put that one in
  17. so rollamods your saying that by me getting light weight 18s with low prfiles with some sticky tyres i will get better performance than our stock 16's and if the lite7s are 8kg is that lighter then the stock stivo 16s
