Another bump... still looking!!

Noticed the update... are the stock sportivo rims with tyres still available? Would you consider freighting to Canberra at all? Have been on the look out for a set of these for months.

Have PM'd you eviltwin. I'm VERY interested in the Sportivo rims!

I have been contemplating this topic for some time. I currently have an iPhone 3 (yes I know such a dinosaur!) and I'm torn between upgrading to iPhone 4 or switching to an Android based phone. I went to a phone shop and the guys there couldn't praise Android more and that I should definately get one. They said the Samsung Galaxy Ace was my best option, and were saying iPhone is going to be way behind, super-seeded etc. Even tho I'm more inclined to stick with iPhone purely because it's something I know & trust, but perhaps I should change to something "better"? Plus my other half just got an HTC Android and he thinks its great. I'm pretty bad at making decisions at the best of times and so far I'm still in no definate set mind of which to go for! Anyone got any specific pro's and con's of each they can shed light on for me?

Change ... so so much in my life changed AFTER I got the sportivo. Mostly good of course.

I did some quick calcs.. the sale price is nice but shipping & new tyres wont really make this a bargain anymore. Booo :( Reeeeally need to find some in canberra or sydney so we dont have to ship. Prefereably with tyres too lol. If anyone knows of some please point me in the right direction ;)

Hi andy! yep still alive n kicking :) Yeh when simo sold his stivo we put my stockies on his car & put his white ones on mine. But now we realise we shoulda kept my stocks :( Specially since im driving with 3 white ones & 1 stock cos I "may" have damaged one somehow..hmmm These ones on ebay come just the rims, will have to buy tyres on top of paying for shipping.. thats why I'm undecided still.

Today... I just drove my car. Nothing special. But Friday I bought it a brand new windscreen & the Thursday before that it got a service.

I've been looking for some stock sportivo rims for my car for a long time and finally found a set for $400 on ebay. Only prob is they end in 2 hours and I can't decide if I should or I shouldn't! Oh and they're in Qld and I'm in Canberra. Hmmm should I? Would the cost of freight make it not worth it... just cannot seem to find any nearby!

Hi all! I REALLY need to get my hands on a set of stock sportivo rims for my car... Preferably in the ACT if anyone is selling/knows of someone selling? But if anyone knows of some in Sydney/other NSW we'd be willing to travel :) Thanks! Nel

cool, might give it a go. Something different to the usual applications on facebook that generally involve farming in some way!

Oh I like this one, it's a red one :) Looking very nice and clean Danny. When are you getting the King Springs or Coilovers? I'd love to lower mine, I think it would make such a dramatic difference to it's appearance.

Hehe DJKor you are right - the mods seem to be taking a slight backseat - well they always have now I think of it. But the dream of some mods did cross my mind. The only real mods that happened is Simo's rims of course, which really has dressed it up a bit. But these days my sportivo is pretty much "mums taxi" now Complete with baby seat (in matching red of course) and pram in the boot (the boot seemed so "big" before, now I'm not so sure...)

No mods to the sportivo besides the rims. Maybe one day it'll get some things done. But been its a sportivo i'm still happy with it as it is at the moment.
