Hey guys,

I currently have 215*45*17 rims and tyres lowered with street spec coilovers and was wondering if i went to 215*55*16 would that give me a more comfortable ride?

i assume u mean 215 55 17's?

cos the 16" tyre will be a squeeze on the 17" wheel.

yes it will be more confortable but im pretty sure the tyre will scrub if u have lowered the car at all

Sorry, i meant that i would be changing the rim size as well from the 17in to the 16in. Would this give me a more comfortable ride?

215/55r16 is very rare... better off getting 202/55r16 which are common as
