Ticking noise under the car

There is a ticking noise under my car after I've driven for about 10 mins. Also when I accelerate it makes a sizzling noise.

Sounds like the pipe is loose and is tapping some metal piece. Does anyone have this prob???

if u hear ticking, pull over, step out of the car and check underneath, if u see a timer or clock type device, stand up again, turn in the other direction, and get the fu(k outta there..

yeah...had that problem...heat shield...

is it a constant ticking?

or only at certain revs?

It is a constant ticking once the car has been driving around for 10 mins. When it's idling it ticks.

When u accelerate it sizzles.

So there must be something loose under the car.
