TRD CAI Workshop Submission for 05 face-lift Sportivo

As the title says, I have searched high and low and have found relevant topics on TRD CAI for the face lift Sportivo yet the threads seem to finish unresolved leaving questions un-answered.

Does anyone know of a TRD CAI install or workshop submission for a face-lifted 05 Sportivo?

Any feedback or help is much appreciated.

The TRD CAI comes with a 18 page manual. Follow the manual to the point where the photos don't make sense (because it's for an matrix xrs) then look at the current workshop submission photos for the TRD CAI install. Then go to the next step in the manual until completion.

The only issue I think you'll have is the long trd pod filter and the face lift fog light. I'm not sure what clearances you have with this. But from reading other people's experiences, they have been able to put the pod up there with a bit of pod massaging.

none of the sportivos do, its a 1zz-fe item only.

off topic, but what does the white resonator box do? I thought the resonator was part of an exhaust?

It's an intake resonator, it's there to reduce intake noise for emission law reasons.
