rattle

hey guys, wondering if anyone has the same problem. i've noticed that the shakes and rattles in my 2003 corolla are getting more noticeable, has anyone else experienced this? and is there a DIY way to fix the problem, the main rattle seems to be coming from the dash area

its a jap car held together with clips and cable ties, of coz its gonna rattle. :P

seriously tho, tell us more information about when the rattling occurs and what sort of rattling.

Cases could be, rattles during acceleration, only when crusing, or only at idling... i think a few people had similar problems in different areas where wiring or simple clips or even pedals rattle at a particular RPM where it just resonates.

So tell us more about it.

the rattle happens under mild acceleration and braking. is there a way to pull the whole dash off? and has anyone tried it (whats the difficulty level)

i know the mr-s had a rattle fix that the dealer could do for ya. wonder if the 'rolla has one?

yeah have the same problem. rattle under or somewhere near the dash while accelrating. im assuming its caused from the vibration frm the muff. but how to stop the rattle.

Every car gets rattles. Subwoofer and stiff suspension dont help either. Just turn up the music and 4get about it, ive spend many weekends trying to find the cause without too much luck.

no rattles in my yet. but i did get the rear passenger window seals replaced under warranty. so much quieter now... aaah
