Hey guys,

Just noticing that my steering is a little stiff and hard of late.

I thought it was because of my low tyre pressure but once I put air in the tyres it didnt really do much difference.

Usually my steering could be done with ease, now u sorta have to put a bit more grunt into it.

Could it be power steering or it's fluid?

Well all i can think of is maybe the PWS fluid maybe low, but mine is a wee bit but not to hard to turn... HMM i dont know if it could be something to do with the steering collum seizing or just it being a pain in the deary *****. I cant really help you here but i think, just take the sportivo to your dealership if its still under warrenty and get them to inspect it..... can be too much harm.. Well theres my too bob bit in... hope it helps....

yep, get the power steering fluid flushed and see if it helps things.

You can do it yourself too, there are plenty of how too guides floating around the internet on what to do.

The service manual actually covers it pretty well also.

Toyota charges $80-$120 for doing a PS flush, so it's worth knowing how to do it ;)

I remember when mine was standard or with lowered springs it was stiff to turn. Just incase its not your PS, get a set of coilovers.

A set of Cusco Coilovers will ligten up the steering:) alot.
