Hey all fellow To-Cau's,

Just wondering if anyone is Sydney has access to some air tools. I have one bold (allan key head) which I cant take off. after some UD-40 and 2 burly blokes trying, this sucker will not budge.

It's the bolt that takes off the air in-take into the engine (don't know the technical name for it, know it starts with P), the 1st one was easy to take off, but ....yeah number 2 is a dog.

I'll try to get a pic later tonight

any help or consturctive suggestions, fire away.

Cheers in advance,

Essential

1 x Good quality 6 point socket

1 x breaker bar

Optional

Extension pipe

If that doesn't get it off then I don't know what will, could try using a hammer and tap the end of the breaker bar to 'crack' it first.

if it's an allen key bolt, try a drill with an easy out drill bit.

most drills actually come with hex nut and screwdriver attachments these day anyway, so could use those rather than air tools.

I'd come round with mine if you were local Pete :(
