so what i gather is youve changed your spark plug tube seals n now it wont start again correct????

the stuff comming out of the plug tube could be oil that got into the cylinders when you changed the seals hence all the crud comming out the tube.

if this is the case take out all the plugs and throw a heavy rag over where the open spark plug tubes are so you dont blow crap everywhere then crank the motor for a bit to clear the cylinders.

clean the plugs at both ends with carby cleaner and make sure your leads are clean and free of oil put the plugs in and leads on crank over again but keep your foot on the accellerator at wide open throttle till it starts to run on its own then back off give it a few revs to clear the splutters then take it for a drive to burn off the remaining oil.

either that or you got spark/fuel issues or maybe the timing belt gave out due to something on the timing case not being put back right
